Just a minute's walk from Cala Moreia beach and a five-minute walk from the family-friendly S'. This villa on Illot beach is ideally located for a beach holiday. Enjoy the evenings on the shaded terrace with a gas barbecue, perfect for barbecuing. The local infrastructure makes it easy to visit the nearby restaurants and bars as well as water sports such as surfing and diving, ensuring a restful night's sleep despite the lively surroundings.
On the ground floor you will find an open-plan living area with living room, dining room and a modern kitchen with breakfast bar. The living area and four cosy double bedrooms are air-conditioned.
