Chalet con piscina privada, terrazas, chill out y a 50 metros del mar

La casa está situada en una tranquila urbanización a escasos metros de una de las mejores playas de Mallorca, y cerca de importantes zonas turísticas como Cala Millor y pueblos como Manacor y Porto Cristo. Tiene una superficie construida aproximada de 250m2 más terrazas, porche y solárium.
Tiene capacidad para máximo 6 personas, cómodamente amueblada, con calefacción central ideal para los meses de invierno. Consta de dos plantas con 3 dormitorios, 2 baños, cocina completamente equipada, salón con un precioso piano para los amantes de la música, comedor, lavandería, terrazas con comedor exterior para los meses de verano e incluso para muchos días de invierno ya que está situado en un gran porche, piscina privada con solárium y sus correspondientes hamacas.
A dos minutos andando de la casa se encuentra un gran centro comercial abierto todo el año donde puede realizar sus compras, biblioteca, centro médico, iglesia, paradas de autobús, restaurantes, souvenirs, etc. Ideal para amantes del tenis y deportistas en general, ya que está situada a 15 km de la Rafa Nadal Academy y Sport Center.

En el norte el pequeño espacio natural Punta de n'Amer con mirador sobre la costa, lo separa de la extensa oferta turística de Cala Millor, y en el sur, el paseo marítimo con multitud de tiendas y restaurantes lo conecta directamente con S'illot. Caminando se puedo recorrer cómodamente varios Kilómetros de la costa en dirección norte y sur. Montando en bicicleta se puede llegar hasta las famosas cuevas del Drach en Porto Cristo. En autobús también hay buena conexión con otros destinos.

Tiene aproximadamente un km de playa de fina arena blanca y aguas cristalinas, ideal para niños ya que hay una distancia enorme con poca profundidad, que atrae a una clientela internacional, sobre todo familias que desean descansar y desconectar.

Muy buena comunicación para llegar a Palma de Mallorca la capital de la isla y disfrutar del ambiente cosmopolita de una gran ciudad. Con numerosos teatros, museos, monumentos emblemáticos, un casco antiguo digno de visitar, iglesias, la gran catedral con vistas al mar, los mejores restaurantes y tiendas exclusivas para que usted pueda disfrutar de un gran día de compras.

Second time at this beautiful property.location is outstanding.pool is very deep but still great especially with inflatables.Host is available and very friendly and welcoming.Lots of space and different patios for the different times of the day,The stunning beach is a 3 minute walk and worth the morning swims to watch the sun come up.

Great location - ideal for families and close to everything

The house is perfect for a family vacation with many outdoor seating choices and a very well-maintained pool. It is close to the beach, supermarket and bus stops and many activities can be easily reached by walking. The owner is very helpful and responsive.

Lovely peaceful well located villa - v close to beach & amenities inc a Carrefour supermarket Toni was responsive and accomodated our late arrival. We appreciated the delicious Majorcaan cake Pool deep and clean. We hired bikes v reasonably for the day and enjoyed the cycle paths up& down coast as well as walks / runs around seafront/ nature reserve/ headland v close with beautiful views . Villa comfortable and well equipped with aircon in the bedrooms and plenty of different spaces indoors& out to be in. Thank you Toni for your hospitality - we had a great holiday

Fantastic home

Gorgeous house, excellent facilities and amazing location. Just a few minutes walk from lots of shops, the beach, restaurants and bars. Host was incredible, came to check the pool every day, was super friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Great villa, great host, very central

We loved this villa. Antonio was very accommodating right from the start, he always answered my emails very quickly and effficiently. He greeted us when we got there and showed us around and how to use stuff in the villa. The villa is so central, you have the large supermarket Carrefour a few minutes walk away, plus loads of spa supermarkets, restaurants, bars. We absolutely loved the area and cannot wait to go back.

Excellent location and easy booking, great owner!

Toni was communicative throughout and responded to all queries. Villa is in a perfect location next to beach, shops and restaurants and very clean! Please note that this villa now has air con in the bedrooms which are new and very much welcomed as it was so hot! So please ignore old reviews as the bedrooms do now have air con! If one unit was i stalled downstairs in kitchen would be even more perfect!

Toni was an amazing host calling frequently and bringing lemons and even some gin, he met us on arrival and showed us around the villa and even left beer,wine ,water and a lovely pastry cake in the fridge The house was spotless and very well equipped, every facility was only minutes away, including a large Carrefour supermarket which had everything we needed at good prices This is a great area for young families,lovely safe beach and plenty of soft play areas Highly recommended

Brilliant Villa

We stayed for 7 nights as a group of 7 adults - three couples and one single adult. There were three double rooms, one of which can be made into a triple room (we put the spare single in the living room for single adult). Pool is large enough, patio area is beautiful and shaded. Very near to beach, less than 4 minute walk. Antonio was very responsive when we needed anything and made our stay very easygoing and relaxed. Thank you!

Great Villa, close to amenities, excellent host

We were delighted with our stay at Toni's villa. Easy check in, Toni met us at the property and explained everything. There are three large double bedrooms with comfortable bed and clean linen. Plenty of hot water and towels. The kitchen is well stocked if you want to cook at home but there are plenty of local eateries nearby. There's a supermarket just around the corner and a Carrefour within 10 minutes walk.There is aircon in the bedrooms which is quiet and effective for hotter nights. Plenty of outdoor seating areas and a comfortable lounge. The pool is deep enough for a cool down and was clean too.Toni is a great host. really helpful with local advice and left us a delicious welcome treat. I would highly recommend this as a comfortable base in Sa Coma

Beautiful villa

Beautiful villa in perfect location.Toni is very friendly and available to help.so close to beach and shops it’s a perfect location.Only problem really was it was very hot with no air conditioning the fans didn’t really do much good,the pool doesn’t have a shallow end so difficult for the children and one of the bedrooms is advertised as a twin but it was 3 doubles which thankfully my children are young enough to share.still would highly recommend.

This was our first time staying in a villa and it definitely did not disappoint. The villa was FANTASTIC. The owners were there to welcome us (with an amazing cake and a few treats in the fridge), they were brilliant and excellent communication throughout, when we tripped the electricity and we could not find the fuse box a quick call to Toni and he was straight round to sort it for us. We have been to Sa Coma many times over the years and this villa's location is perfect, a close walk to the beach, shops, bars and restaurants. The villa itself was amazing, very clean both inside and out, the pool was perfect, and the villa itself was a great size, 8 adults were in our group and there was plenty of room for us all. I honestly could not pick 1 fault with the villa or the owners it made our holiday even better, we would DEFINITELY book this villa again. Thank you for making our holiday even more PERFECT.

Superb villa in Sa Coma

Antonio's villa was beautiful and he was a superb host. The location was great with the local shops, restaurants and beach all within easy walking distance so no car was required. Sa Coma was a lovely place to stay for a family holiday. The beach was clean with gentle sloping sand out to sea. It has plenty of restaurants to choose from and the carrefour supermarket nearby gave plenty of options for eating in. The villa itself provided everything we needed and more! Antonio's little touches such as stuff for the kids to use in the pool or on the beach and even a wheeled shopping bag were greatly appreciated. We received a warm welcome from Antonio as well as delicious cake and a few basics to help us settle in - thank you. He popped round daily to check the pool levels to make sure things were as they should be and was also hand if needed. The pool was a real treat and much bigger than it looks in the photographs. The outside space has lots of areas to sit and relax. We would have no hesitation in recommending this villa and hope to return at some point in the future. We truly had a fabulous holiday. 💛

FANTASTIC VILLA, GREAT LOCATION AND A GREAT HOST

We have just returned and have to say this villa is superb. There is loads of space, the pool is perfect, the rooms are fan cooled, the kitchen is well fitted with every thing you need. Thank you Toni for the cake, wine and fruit which was waiting for us on arrival and the cake inbetween our stay (we have left you some drinks in the fridge, cheers). The villa is located in a quiet location that is near all amenities. All bedding, towels (including beach towells) and sun beds available. Theres loads of tables to sit at (2 inside and 3 outside). Upstairs there are 2 balconies, 1 through both bedrooms and 1 from top of stairs. Toni called every couple of days to water plants and check pool. Loads of bars, shops and blue flag beach with in 5 mins walk. Large supermarket 5 mins walk to get your meat for the BBQ. Dined out all the time finding the local resturants were better that the English/Irish ones. We definitely recommend this villa and the super owner. We are looking at returning next year Toni so many thanks for the wonderful 14 days. CHEERS

Fantastic family villa!! Highly recommend

We have been coming to sa coma since 2004 on holiday and can easily say this was the best. The villa was simply stunning and accurately described on the web site. Toni (the owner) was first class and went above and beyond to welcome us all and ensure our two weeks was as enjoyable and hassle free as possible, from fresh cakes, wine and fresh fruit on arrival; to cleaning the pool every second day - he really was tremendous. A fantastic holiday for us all (family of 8), villa, owner, location was all perfect. We have booked again already for 2016, thank you again Toni!

Really enjoyed our stay - August 8-22

We - 3 adults and 3 kids (1, 5, 6) really enjoyed our 2 weeks in Toni's Finca. It's nicely located close to the beach and the supermarket. The garden with its multiple seating areas and the great pool invited us to spend our time outside. The house provides everything one can think of to get through the day. We prepared our own food as the restaurants in Sa Coma were not what we expected - and we know there are much better ones on the island. Toni and his mom were very kind and available when needed - we really appreciate that! I should also meniton the cakes and sweets they surprised us with - really delicious! Fantastic vacation

We were two familys sharing the house for a week in July. Everything was perfect. The house was beautyful with all the nescessary equipment for a perfect vacation. On our arrival to the house in the evening, a freshly baked cake (made by Tonis mum) and a basket of fruit was waiting for us. The kids enjoyed the pool and all the toys that was lended to them during our stay. The house was located in a calm area close to the beach and a nearby big supermarket. We will recommend this house to our friends and relatives and will hopefully be able to go back ourselfs sometime.

Llegamos 9 personas al chalet del propietario Toni y estabamos sin palabras viendo la casa! Wir sind mit 9 Personen angereist und als wir das Chalet von Toni sahen, fehlten uns die Worte! Un edificio impresionante, limpio y muy bonito con un propietario sumamente agradable. Es ist ein atemberaubendes Gebäude, sauber und wunderschön, mit einem überaus herzlichen Eigentümer. Teniamos un tiempo increible, sin problemas! Con el mar al lado del chalet - andando 5 minutos al mar o al mercado. Super tranquilo, muy descansado, con sorpresitas de Toni - de verdad sin palabras! Wir hatten eine unglaubliche Zeit, ohne Probleme! Das Meer fast vor der Haustüre - 5 Gehminuten entfernt, sowie auch der nächste Supermarkt. Es war super ruhig, erholsam, mit kleinen Überraschungen von Toni - wirklich ohne Worte! Estamos muy contentos de que podiamos conocer a Toni y su hospitalidad para tener vacaciones inovlidables!!! Recomendable de todo el corazon <3 Muchisimas gracias Toni! Wir sind sehr glücklich darüber, Toni und seine Gastfreundschaft kennen gelernt haben zu dürfen und dadurch einen unvergesslichen Urlaub gehabt zu haben. Tolles Haus, sympathischer Vermieter

Eine Woche erholsamer Urlaub im sehr gepflegten Haus in Strandnähe. Die Einrichtung ist wie im Internet beschrieben. Besonders gefallen haben uns die weitläufigen Außenbereiche mit Pool und vielen Sitzgelegenheiten, die gut ausgestattete Küche, vor allem aber der sehr sympathische, hilfsbereite Vermieter, der uns mit Kuchen und Pasteten verwöhnt hat. Nice stay in Sa Coma

I would like to say big thanks to Toni because of his hospitality and help during our two week stay (middle of June) in his house. According to his recommendations we took a bus transfer from airport to Sa Coma and it took only about 1 hour which was very comfortable because we travelled with two small children. At our arrival we found very nice house with enough space for all our company. We got everything we need: pool, outside barbecue, outside space for evening dinner, fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, washing machine etc. We got very useful Toni suggestions were to eat and what to do in Mallorca during our vacation. House is situated only 3-4 minutes slow walk from the fantastic sandy beach of Sa Coma. Quite similar time it took to reach a supermarket. During our stay we were pleasantly surprised when Tony brought us fantastic cakes or homemade pie. Our children still remember turtles they saw in his mother house nearby :> As for country trips we visited only few places: Palma de Mallorca and Cap de Formentor (recommended by Toni) with it fantastic views.
