This was a great location - walkable to everything. We loved having a dedicated parking space as well. The apartment is beautiful and the owners were very attentive to anything we needed. I would definitely recommend this location.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have visited Savannah many times. We found Harper House to be a good rental. It is close to most all of the sites we planned to visit in the Historic District. It was clean and well stocked. Having a working ice maker was a big plus as was the provided parking place.The only problems we encountered were a faulty entry code and confusing instructions regarding the placement of trash bins. These were immediately handled by Lucky Savannah.We were disappointed in the appearance and condition of the courtyard. It could be such a nice area. It gives you pause as you enter wondering if the house will be as disappointing. Thankfully, the house is perfect.

Great house. Perfect location.

We had a great stay. 3yr in savannah & this was the closest house we stayed in. Literally walked wverywhere. Was a perfect house.

The house is lovely and plenty of room for the three women in our party. It is not very close to shops or restaurants but it is in a nice neighborhood. We found it a little difficult to manage the locks on the gate and on the door. Noisy in the neighborhood until about 10 p.m. (cars and people walking). The refrigerator was not cooling, but they had put two small fridges in the room which were fine. There were outlets in the kitchen that didn't work but they quickly sent someone to fix them. The last day I couldn't make coffee and I don't know if the problem was the outlets again or the coffee pot itself. Host was very quick to respond to our questions.

Apologies for the trouble with the gate and door locks; we’ll improve the lock instructions and inspect the hardware. Thank you for reporting the refrigerator and outlet issues — we’re having the main fridge inspected, will check all kitchen outlets, and will replace the coffee maker if needed so guests can make coffee reliably. We’ll also note the typical neighborhood noise into the evening in the listing so future guests know what to expect. Great location

Perfect place for a family near lots of places to eat, etc. Especially if you plan to attend the annual St. Patrick's day parade. Love the park across the street and appreciated the representative helping me access the property. She was very patient!
