Vacation apartment Oberfrohna - Auszeithof Niederfrohna

You’ll be staying in a lovingly furnished, modern duplex vacation apartment on the 1st floor and top floor.
Your apartment has a bedroom on the top floor with a double bed (1.80 × 2.00 m) and an additional sleeper sofa. On the first floor, you’ll find the combined living and dining area with a small sofa and armchair, as well as a fully equipped built-in kitchenette and dining area, a bathroom with a shower, and a small hallway. In total, you’ll have about 55 m² of living space. Of course, there’s also a small safe for your valuables. The apartment comes with a parking space.
In the evenings, people gather in the building’s bar, where drinks are available on a self-service basis via a “trust box.” This usually leads to wonderful conversations about places to visit—and close friendships have even formed here. If you’d like, you can have a barbecue in the courtyard or wind down the day by the campfire. Our small party tent is popular with larger travel groups (for building guests only).



Our four-sided farmstead was painstakingly and extensively renovated in 2008. You’ll stay in a lovingly furnished vacation apartment for two or four people in this idyllic, historic farmhouse. At Auszeithof, we offer parking and Wi-Fi in all vacation apartments. Additionally, for a fee, we offer a barbecue area, a campfire site, or a space for small celebrations or seminars for up to 30 people (all additional services are available only to guests staying at the farm). Plus, all our animals look forward to being petted.

On-site costs: A 100% deposit is due 7 days before arrival. For last-minute bookings made 7 days or less before arrival, full payment is due immediately. On-site, you can pay for additional services such as drinks and barbecue in cash or by card. Check-in from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM; check-out from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM. Bookable only for guests aged 14 and older. Pets are not allowed. Keys will be handed over in person. Possible additional fees: Drinks, barbecue
