Casa Noho offers 116 m² of living space over two floors, making it an ideal retreat for families with older children, couples, or friends who want to relax and explore Lake Constance and its surroundings.



On the ground floor, you will find a spacious open-plan living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen. Upstairs, there are two large bedrooms—one with a king-size box spring bed and one with a queen-size box spring bed—as well as a smaller bedroom with a pull-out bed (1.60 m with slatted frame), perfect for children. There is a bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet. Wi-Fi and a TV are included. For longer stays, a washing machine and dryer are available in the basement.



The private outdoor area features a fenced garden, covered terrace, balcony, and barbecue—perfect for relaxing outdoors. There is a decommissioned pool covered with a safety net. Two parking spaces are directly on the property, one suitable for vehicles up to 5 m in length.



There is ample storage for bicycles and similar items in the entrance area. The house is close to the beach, and public transport, a grocery store, and the train station are within walking distance.



Included: Fresh bed linen, towels, dish towels, and a starter set of dishwashing and cleaning products.
