Little things missing making it difficult to stay

So there weren't any shower curtains to start. There was only two keys for all 5 people staying, and the key to the gate to let us into the property was working sometimes, and not others, then it wouldn't work at all at night. Therefore, we needed to plan when we got back or to have someone at home to make sure we could all get in to the house. The host also asked us to clean the whole place or charge us 40 to have it cleaned for us at the end of the stay. When we got there, dust was on the floors, there wasn't enough towels for everyone and no shampoo, which wasn't detailed in the listing. The host was also very hard to get in contact with while we were dealing with key issues and when needing to check out.
