The apartment features an open, very well-equipped kitchen. The bright living and dining area, bathed in natural light, invites you to linger. From here, you have direct access to the large terrace, which is furnished with patio furniture and is ideal for enjoying meals together outdoors.

On the first floor is the master bedroom, featuring a double bed (1.80 × 2.00 m) with a closed footboard and a spacious built-in closet. A crib can easily be set up here if needed.

The adjacent children’s room is furnished with a bunk bed (each 0.90 × 2.00 m) and offers plenty of space for children.

On the same floor, there is a separate toilet and a shower room.

A washing machine and dryer are available free of charge in the laundry room in the basement.
