Beautiful, comfortable apartment house. In the centre of Porto Ottiolu 4 km from the centre of Budoni, 6 km from the centre of San Teodoro, 400 m from the sea, 400 m from the beach. Private: outdoor shower, parking at the house, public parking on the road. Supermarket 300 m, restaurant, bar, bus stop 400 m, sandy beach "Porto Ottolu" 400 m. Sports harbour 450 m. Nearby attractions: La Cinta 8 km, Cala Brandinchi 17 km, Porto Taverna 20 km, Olbia 35 km, Porto Rotondo 50 km. Please note: car recommended.
"La Corte del Gallo", 3-room apartment 44 m2, on the ground floor. Beautiful and cosy furnishings: living/dining room. Exit to the veranda. 2 double bedrooms. Kitchenette (2 hot plates, mini-oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave). Shower/bidet/WC. Air-conditioning, forced-air heating. Heating not available in all rooms. Nicht zu empfehlen. Es ist alles sehr eng, es steht für dieses winzige Appartement viel zu viel Kram rum. Zu zweit sicher noch okay, zu viert für einen längeren Aufenthalt nicht empfehlenswert. Die Umgebung ist ebenfalls nicht besonders schön. Alles ist etwas ungepflegt, es gibt viele verlassene Häuser in der Gegend. Es waren außerdem regelmäßig mehrere Straßenkatzen auf der Terrasse unterwegs (weil der Nachbar sie füttert). Leider haben sie ihre Hinterlassenschaften auch vor unserer Tür platziert und es roch ständig sehr unangenehm. Wir haben zwei Tage und zahlreiche Telefonate mit Interhome gebraucht um herauszufinden wie wir an warmes Wasser kommen. Es gibt leider keinerlei Anleitung. W lan ist auch nicht vorhanden. Insgesamt ein viel zu hoher Preis für das was man bekommt plus viel zu hohe extra Gebühren für Handtücher.
