This beautifully restored Ibizan farmhouse perfectly combines rustic charm with modern luxury and offers a tranquil retreat in the heart of the countryside. Surrounded by breathtaking views and thoughtfully designed rooms, it is the ideal retreat for families or groups seeking relaxation and privacy.

The main house exudes authentic character and has five bedrooms with air conditioning for ultimate comfort. Three bedrooms have double beds (160x190cm) and an en-suite bathroom with shower, one of which has independent access. Another bedroom with a double bed (160x190cm) and a twin bedroom share a bathroom with shower. The inviting living and dining rooms, each with a fireplace, complement the fully equipped kitchen and provide a warm and functional living space.

The large outbuilding is perfect for extra privacy and has a double bedroom (180x200cm, separable), a twin bedroom, a shared bathroom with shower and an American kitchen (without dishwasher) with dining and living area.

The small annexe offers a twin room and a double room (160x190 cm), each with its own bathroom, ideal for couples or small family groups.

The outdoor areas are the real highlight and feature a stunning 4.5 x 11 metre pool with panoramic sea views, a shaded dining area for 18 guests and a portable barbecue for al fresco dining. A tree house and large lawn area provide endless fun for children, while adults can relax in the sauna, use the outdoor shower or enjoy the 70 m² yoga area and small gym.

Your stay includes daily cleaning (4 hours, except Sundays), change of bed linen and towels during the week, a house manager on call and a breakfast service (5 hours daily for preparation, serving and tidying up). Guests provide food for the meals.
