Apartment 8 - Villa Ruscha

Apartment 8 is located on the first floor of the historic Villa Ruscha. It has a large south-facing balcony overlooking the courtyard. From the small side bay window—a wonderful spot for breakfast—you have a partial view of the sea.
There are a total of 13 vacation apartments spread across 4 floors in Villa Ruscha.
This two-room apartment, with light-colored carpet, accommodates two people and offers the option of an extra bed (sofa bed) for one additional guest. The apartment features a kitchenette, a bedroom with a double bed, and a newly renovated bathroom.

Dogs are not allowed in this apartment.

The expansive sandy beach is separated from the house only by the Binz promenade.
The town center, with its pier, shopping street, and restaurants, is just a few steps away.

The 50 m² two-room apartment, with pleasant, light-colored carpet, offers plenty of space for two people and includes the option of adding an extra bed (sofa bed 1.50 m x 2.00 m) for an additional guest. 
The bedroom (double bed 1.80 m x 2.00 m), the large combined living-dining room with kitchen, and the new bathroom invite you to enjoy a relaxing and cozy stay on the Baltic Sea.
The beach and the vacation rental are separated only by the Binz beach promenade.

Villa Ruscha is one of the most impressive historic buildings in the Baltic Sea resort of Binz.
The building underwent a complete renovation in 1999 and a partial renovation in 2022, both carried out in strict compliance with historic preservation regulations.
Villa Ruscha features a total of 13 lovingly furnished vacation apartments. Its unique location right on the beautiful Binz beach makes it a dream destination—regardless of the season—for avid swimmers, sunbathers, hikers, joggers, and those seeking peace and quiet alike. 
In the ground-floor apartments, one well-behaved dog per apartment is permitted for a fee of 15 EUR per day.
The Baltic Sea resort of Binz charges a visitor’s tax of 3.40 per day per person aged 3 and older year-round. The day of arrival and the day of departure are each counted as one day of stay. The visitor’s tax must be paid in cash upon arrival.



Check-in is possible from 4:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m., and check-out is from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
