Private: natural state property, garden (not fenced) with trees. 50 m long steep motor access to the house (via unmade road). Parking (for 2 cars). Restaurant 1.5 km, bar 1.5 km, bus stop 1.5 km, railway station "Verbania Pallanza" 19.5 km. Golf course (9 hole) 800 m, tennis 2 km. Nearby attractions: Lake Maggiore Zipline 13 km. Hiking paths: Sasso Corbè, Esio, Piancavallo. Please note: car recommended. Part of the house is closed and unoccupied. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Verbania, 12 km.
