You’ll be staying in the top floor of a lovingly preserved half-timbered house with exposed wooden beams, which give the apartment an exceptionally warm and cozy atmosphere. The open living area invites you to relax—whether with a glass of wine in the evening or after a day at Lake Constance.

The small, well-equipped kitchen offers everything you need to prepare your meals. The dining area is harmoniously integrated into the living space, creating a pleasant, open layout.

A real highlight is the open loft, where the sleeping area is located. There, a comfortable box-spring bed awaits you for restful nights. The open layout preserves the unique sense of space and makes your stay a truly memorable experience. Access is via a steep, space-saving staircase—typical of this architectural style and part of the apartment’s special charm. The sleeping area is open-concept and not separated by a door.

The bathroom is bright and well-maintained and features a bathtub—perfect for relaxing.

There is an elevator in the building, making access easier. Please note, however, that the elevator stops one floor below the apartment, and you’ll need to walk up the stairs to reach the top floor.

You’ll be staying right in Meersburg’s Old Town, so you can easily reach restaurants, cafes, small shops, and Lake Constance on foot.

A parking permit for a public parking space is available for you, so you can park for free.

The apartment is ideal for couples or solo travelers looking for unique accommodations with character who want to enjoy the charm of the old town.
