With 4 bedrooms, 3 of which have their own washbasin, the house offers not only plenty of space but also a touch of comfort and privacy.
The fully equipped kitchen invites you to cook together, while the spacious and cozy dining area is the ideal place to enjoy sociable meals with family and friends. A special highlight is the private sauna area, where you can wonderfully relax after an active day in the mountains.
The house offers two parking spaces, one of them covered under a carport - particularly practical in the mountain region. The location in Vnà allows you to experience the impressive nature of the Engadine mountains, whether through hikes, mountain bike tours, or simply by taking a leisurely walk through the village.
Vnà: the 60-soul village is sun-spoiled and somewhat secluded from the rest of the world at 1600 m above sea level, far away from everyday life, but still well-developed and close enough for the necessary comfort. The Romansh village visibly and sustainably lives from agriculture, impresses with its immediate proximity to nature, and offers attractive hiking and mountain biking routes.
