About this property

Na Corme Nova by dracmallorca

This house was renovated from an old country house with a lot of charm. Respecting the previous aspect now has all the comforts of life today. It has two bedrooms each with its own bathroom, a very well equipped kitchen with a designer stove, a very large dining area and a huge and open living room with comfortable sofas. The porch is quite large with a wonderful barbecue. There is also a very large pool, a garden area with grass and palm trees. The house is located outside the town, in a very quiet situation, but only a few minutes drive to Calonge and some of the most beautiful beaches on the island.



In the summer months, air conditioning is included in the rental price with a fixed schedule (22:00 - 06:00). In the winter months, the air conditioning can be used to heat all day and night at no extra charge.

Jedes Mal wie nach Hause kommen!

Wir waren jetzt schon öfter in dieser wunderbaren Finca, die so liebevoll und schön eingerichtet ist. Es fehlt einem an nichts und man kann einfach ankommen und schon startet der Urlaub! Nach wie vor sind die Sonnenschirme oben am Pool verbesserungswürdig. Durch den stetigen Wind kippen sie entweder um oder biegen sich nach außen. Vielleicht sollte man dort ein festes Segel oder Pavillon errichten.

Ein Paradies auf Mallorca

Wir sind Wiederholungstäter und werden es auch bleiben! Die ganze Finca ist ein Traum und es gibt nichts, was wir zu bemängeln hätten. Der Service rundherum ist auch über alle Maßen - das nette Verwalterpärchen ist immer bemüht alles top in Ordnung zu halten, ist unglaublich herzlich und freundlich und wir freuen uns jedes Mal, wenn wir kurz Hallo sagen können. Bei der Ankunft gab es wieder ein paar Willkommens-Präsente, u.a. Eier von den eigenen Hühnern. Wir haben jedes Mal das Gefühl, wieder nach Hause zu kommen und der Urlaub startet sofort! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder und können diese Finca vorbehaltslos jedem weiterempfehlen! Gar nichts - ihr macht das perfekt! Liebe Grüße bitte an Margareta und ihren Mann!

Schöner Urlaub

Danke an den Eigentümer für die freundliche Begrüßung. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht . Wenn wir ein Problem hatten, wurde es sofort behoben. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden wieder kommen..Noch einmal liebe Grüße an den Besitzer. Vielleicht könnte man vorne die Terrasse überdachen.

Traum Finca

Die Finca ist ein Traum, die Lage sehr schön und gut zu finden. Das Anwesen ist sehr gepflegt, der Pool wurde jede Woche gereinigt und Bettwäsche, Handtücher jede Woche gewechselt. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett . Die Finca ist gut ausgestattet und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Der Pool ist super, da er so schön groß ist. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Kaffeemaschine ist sehr alt und braucht daher sehr lange, vielleicht könnte man die mal ersetzen. Und für die Kühlakkus im Gefrierschrank wäre eine kleine Kühltsche nicht schlecht, ansonsten alles top.
