Privte parking, use of pool, hot tub and laundry facilities. Location 2 blocks from El Paseo shopping and world class restaurants. 15 minutes to tennis grounds and 30 minutes to Coachella Close to all golf courses. Approx 20 minutes to Palm Springs Airport.

I Have two attached casita's in PALM DESERT I can rent out. Looking for long term to short term tenants to treat my home gently with love and respect.
1) has full kitchen 2 bdrm/1 bath with private back yard.
2) is a studio with a walk-in closet; breakfast bar & 1 bath with private side yard
