Holiday Home 'Il Carrubo' with Sea View, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

Charming villa in an exceptional location overlooking the sea, with panoramic views from Punta Crena (Varigotti) to Finale’s port. Surrounded by greenery, it offers access to a shared (not private) pool, open from June 1st to September 30th. Enjoy peace even during the busiest summer months, shaded by a carob tree.



Go up to reach the pool or down to access the beach directly. The villa sleeps 4 upstairs (1 double bed and 1 bunk bed) on a mezzanine, plus a sofa bed for 2 on the ground floor (queen size). There is one bathroom. Amenities include a fridge, coffee machine, water carbonator, microwave (no traditional oven), dishwasher, washing machine, and TV with streaming services.



Bed linen and towels are not provided; guests must bring their own. The house is non-smoking and, though we love animals, pets are not allowed. Some local shops offer grocery delivery to the house. A reserved parking space is available in the fenced communal lot.



Important notes:

- Not wheelchair accessible: about 100 steps from the parking area, equivalent to a 4th floor without elevator.

- The porch balcony is connected by a locked gate to a neighboring villa and must be kept clear for passage; neighbors have right of way. They have a separate entrance at the back but may occasionally pass through the garden and balcony.

- The parking space is narrow (length 5.05 m; width 1.95 m at wheels, 2.07 m at mirrors), but you can park a large station wagon or SUV; please check measurements. Do not use other parking spaces.



Check-in: 16:00-18:00 (except Monday); Sunday 11:30-12:30.

Check-out: by 10:00.
