The spacious living and dining area offers plenty of room for up to 6 people. Here you’ll find a large dining table for shared meals, as well as a cosy couch area with a large smart TV. For entertainment, in addition to regular TV programming, Magenta TV is available with subscriptions to Netflix, Disney+, and RTL+, so even rainy days are a pleasure.
In the spacious open kitchen, you’ll find all the amenities you need to prepare delicious meals.
Upstairs are two bedrooms, each with a French double bed (width: 1.60 m and 1.40 m). The third bedroom, which features a sleeper sofa, is located on the ground floor.
The two modern bathrooms—one of which features a cosy bathtub—round out the high level of comfort offered by this holiday home.

The light-filled atmosphere of this house is complemented by a spacious, open garden on a lot measuring over 600 m², which invites you to relax and play. The holiday home is designed to be eco-friendly and is operated in a climate-neutral manner. A modern heat pump provides eco-friendly heating and hot water, supported by 100% electricity from renewable energy sources. The lower level is kept at a comfortable temperature by underfloor heating, while the upper level is equipped with an efficient low-temperature heating system.

This holiday home offers keyless entry via a smart door lock. This allows you to head straight to the property on your arrival day without any detours.
