The newly renovated and fully equipped holiday home in a central location welcomes up to 4 holiday guests. We look forward to welcoming you.

On the ground floor there is a large dining room with a comfortable table and 6 chairs as well as a small reading corner and a sofa. The newly renovated bathroom with walk-in shower, sink and toilet is also located on the ground floor.
On the upper floor there is a newly equipped bright kitchen with dishwasher, electric stove and refrigerator. A small dining area is also integrated into the kitchen. Next to it are 2 bedrooms each with a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. In the living room there is a comfortable seating set with satellite TV and radio and a beautiful view over the city center.

The cottage does not have its own parking space. You can park your car directly in the parking lot in front of the house.
In the house there is also a small garage with an electric garage door, where garden furniture is stored. Bicycles, as well as e-bikes for charging and, in winter, possibly skis, can also be parked here.

Next to the bathroom is a storage room with washing machine and dryer, which can be used for a small fee.
Wi-Fi is also free to use.

It is a non-smoking house. Smoking is available outside the front door.
In the house there is also a small garage with an electric garage door, where garden furniture is stored. Bicycles, as well as e-bikes for charging and, in winter, possibly skis, can also be parked here.

Our newly renovated holiday home is located directly on the city wall in the city centre. Directly behind the city wall is the city park, which invites you to relax and rest.
Fladungen is the northernmost town in Bavaria and is located in the middle of the Rhön Biosphere Reserve, a fascinating low mountain range. Picturesque half-timbered houses and a well-preserved city wall with 5 defensive towers and narrow alleys characterize the historical image of Fladungen.
You can sail up to the Kreuzberg, the Wasserkuppe and the Black and Red Moor, in Thuringia Point Alpha and Noah's Sail without long journeys. In addition, there is a suitable hiking trail for everyone and there are also many beautiful cycle paths available for cyclists. In winter there are winter hiking trails, snowshoe hikes and cross-country ski trails or smaller ski areas with ski lifts and toboggan runs. In the Rhön Star Park you can observe the stars without light pollution and also have the stars and constellations shown to you at events.
The open-air museum and the planned new Rhön Museum are within walking distance as a tour along the city wall.
