Ground floor, quietly located vacation apartment in Ditzum

"Adloffs Ankerplatz 1A" is located in the beautiful fishing village of Ditzum. This single-story middle unit in a terrace house can accommodate up to 4 people. The apartment features a bright bathroom with natural light, a lovingly well-equipped kitchen, a dining area with a magnificent view of the sun terrace, and a cosy bedroom with a double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m). The living room features a sleeper sofa (1.40 m x 2.00 m) that sleeps 2 people. The south-facing terrace offers a comfortable seating area for 4 people and a parasol.
There is a covered bike shed next to the house for bicycles or e-bikes. There is a parking space in front of the house. The centre of Ditzum is a 5-minute walk away.
For our young families, we provide a travel cot and a high chair free of charge upon request. The fishing village of Ditzum is located directly on the Ems River at its confluence with the Dollart. The car ferry takes you to the seaport city of Emden in just a few minutes. The shopping town of Leer is also about a 20-minute drive away. The city of Papenburg, known for the Meyer shipyard, as well as the Netherlands, are just a few minutes’ drive away.

Guest fee per day: April 1–September 30, ages 18 and up: 2.50 euros

October 1–March 31, ages 18 and up: 2.00 euros

Our holiday rental is a smoke-free property. It is also an allergy-friendly property, so pets are unfortunately not allowed.
