The detached villa is modernly furnished. The property is located in a lively area, in a holiday home settlement. The domicile is also popular due to the view from the property of the sea and the sunny location by the water. Available for exclusive use are: sunshade, sun lounger, garden shower, barbecue facilities, and terrace.

Location
Punat. The villa is located on a 400 sqm open garden plot with flowers. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 3 cars) on the property.

Special
Air conditioning. Internet access (Wi-Fi), safe and washing machine. TV reception is via cable, satellite.

Pool
All pools are available for your exclusive use. Outdoor pool (operational from early May to early October, 3.5 m x 8.5 m, 1.5 m deep).

Dogs
allowed, EUR 10.00/pet per day.

Shopping 1000 m, restaurant 100 m, town centre 1000 m. The nearest public transport stop is 900 m away. Airport in Omišalj 29 km. Pharmacy, bank each 1500 m in Punat. In summer: Adriatic Sea 30 m in Punat (beach 50 m in Punat with pebbles and bathing platforms).

1st floor: 3 bedrooms each (10 sqm) with 1 double bed and access to the balcony. 3 bathrooms each (8 sqm) with shower, 1 washbasin and WC.
2nd floor: 2 bedrooms each (10 sqm) with 1 double bed and access to the balcony. Bedroom (12 sqm) with 1 double bed and access to the balcony. 3 bathrooms each (8 sqm) with shower, 1 washbasin and WC.
