D13-Modern cozy vacation apartment with Zugspitze view and garden

Welcome to our bright, modern and family-friendly apartment D13!

The newly renovated apartment is located on the first floor, has two south-facing terraces and a beautiful garden. It can be used by 2-6 people and has a fantastic mountain view of the Waxensteine, the Zugspitze and the Kramer.

It is very spacious at 80 square meters, has modern furnishing, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with rain shower, WC, two bedrooms and a dining room. The dining room has a large table with 6 chairs and reading chairs for a cozy get-together. A tiled stove can be used in winter and creates an absolute feel-good atmosphere after a long day of skiing!

Both bedrooms are cozy and modern with double beds, one with an additional pull-out sofa bed, wardrobes and smart TVs. The bathroom is equipped with a rain shower and large mirror, the WC is separate.
A small library, board games, WiFi, towels and bed linen are provided and included.

The two covered south-facing terraces offer plenty of space and an impressive view of the mountains and the garden. There you are invited to have breakfast or enjoy the sunset. In the garden children can play, use a little sandpit and swing, dogs can run free and you can enjoy the sun.
A storeroom next to the garages can be used to store your ski equipment, mountain bikes or paragliding equipment. A gas grill, umbrellas and sun beds are stored there.

One private parking space is available in front of the building.

Families with children are welcome, as are quiet pets (for an additional fee of €10/day/pet). A kid chair can be provided on request. A washing machine is available for use on request.

Smoking and loud parties are not permitted in the apartment.

A tourist tax of € 3.5 per person per day is not included and needs to be paid extra.

The entire apartment is decorated with photographs and hand drawings of the mountains and the surrounding area, which can also be purchased on request and taken home as a souvenir or gift.
