Apartment house Seewind WE 4: modern 2-room apartment with balcony

The modern and inviting 2-room apartment “STRANDLUFT” (approx. 50 m²) on the first floor (no elevator) was completely renovated in 2025, offers a high level of comfort, features a functional floor plan, and is fully furnished. The living room and bedroom have laminate flooring, while the entryway, kitchen, and bathroom/toilet are tiled.

The vacation rental can accommodate up to 6 people in total. For small children, we are happy to provide a travel crib (without a mattress, comforter, pillow, or linens) and a high chair upon request (for a small fee).

From the spacious hallway, which features a coat rack, mirror, and shoe cabinet, you can easily access all the rooms in your vacation rental.

The bright and inviting living/dining room features a separate seating area with a comfortable (pull-out sleeper) couch, an ottoman, and a coffee table; a separate dining area with a dining table, corner bench, and 2 chairs; a sideboard; various shelves; a children’s corner with a beanbag and toys; and a fold-out bunk bed for 2 people. From the living room, you have direct access to the sunny, approximately 4 m² balcony (facing southwest) with balcony furniture. Here you can sit back and relax surrounded by greenery and enjoy the balmy summer nights in peace with a good glass of wine in the evening!

If you’d like to barbecue, a brick charcoal grill with a rustic wooden table and two benches is available in the front yard of the apartment building.

For your entertainment, the vacation apartment features two modern flat-screen TVs as well as a stereo system with a radio, CD player, and Bluetooth. In addition, the apartment features free Wi-Fi (subject to availability) and a well-stocked selection of games (board games, party games, and card games).

The open-concept kitchen includes a fully equipped built-in kitchen unit with a 4-zone induction cooktop, oven, exhaust fan, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, glasses, silverware, and pots.

The cozy bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed (2 x 90 cm x 200 cm), nightstands with bedside lamps, a spacious closet, and a dresser. The bedroom also features an additional TV.

Additional comfortable sleeping arrangements for 3 to 6 more guests are provided by the pull-out sofa bed (sleeps 2) or a fold-out bunk bed (2 single beds) in the living room.

The modern bathroom (with natural light / window) features a floor-to-ceiling glass shower with a walk-in design (senior-friendly!), a sink with vanity cabinet, toilet, makeup mirror, hair dryer, towel radiator, and ample storage space.

You can store your jackets and shoes in the entryway closet with a shoe cabinet and wall mirror.

To wash your vacation clothes, there is a shared (coin-operated) washing machine in the building’s utility room on the same floor outside the apartment, which can be used by all guests.

You can park your car in one of the nearby public parking lots in the neighborhood (this vacation rental does not include a private parking space!). Your bicycles can be stored in a separate bike shed on the property. If you do not bring your own bicycles, you can rent them from a bike rental shop near your vacation rental if you’re interested. Upon request, the bicycles can also be delivered directly to your vacation rental.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this apartment!

In the interest of our non-smoking guests, smoking is not permitted inside the apartment; please use the balcony for this purpose. Thank you for your understanding!

A linens package (complete set of bed linens—the beds will already be made, one large bath towel, two hand towels, a shower mat, and a dish towel) can be booked as an initial supply for an additional fee.

The apartment rate is based on occupancy by a maximum of 2 people. If the apartment is occupied by more than 2 people, a surcharge of €10.00 per night applies for each additional person.

Deviations from the specified requirements (minimum number of nights / continuous booking) are possible only after consulting our staff by phone.
