Comfortable half-detached country house on the property of the host family in Kägsdorf, a quiet rural village between the Baltic Sea resorts of Kühlungsborn (4 km) and Rerik (4 km). The sea and the Baltic Sea beach are only 1.5 km away. The two half-detached houses are also ideal for an XXL vacation with friends or a large family._x000D_

The half-detached house has its entrance and can accommodate a maximum of 6 people. The ground floor houses the living area with a well-equipped kitchenette and a guest toilet. The upper floor has 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. The half-detached house has its own sun terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue. A shared children's playground is located directly next to the house. The shared playground is located at the host's neighboring country house. Here, guests' children can play and romp to their heart's content._x000D_

The beautiful Baltic Sea beach in the village is popular with locals and insiders. There is a beach snack bar in summer. Kägsdorf is a holiday resort located between the Baltic Sea resorts and is exempt from tourist tax. The resort offers a bicycle rental (delivery service) as well as a small snack bar and kiosk.
