Welcome to "Au Bercement Des Flots," a charming, typical house nestled in La Birochère, just 100 meters from the beach. This peaceful 45 m² retreat with a private enclosed garden is perfect for a relaxing family or couples’ getaway.

Step into a bright, functional home with authentic, friendly atmosphere. The vintage décor creates a warm, retro vibe—ideal for unwinding. The spacious 20 m² living-dining room with TV is perfect for relaxing, while the kitchen is equipped for preparing meals independently.
The house sleeps up to 4 guests: a master bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) and a kids’ room with bunk beds (2x90 cm). The bathroom with toilet completes this practical space.
A paradise for children: a 240 m² enclosed garden
The highlight is the fully enclosed 240 m² garden—a safe playground for children and a peaceful retreat for adults. Enjoy outdoor meals and gatherings with the garden furniture and barbecue. Two parking spaces are available inside the garden.
The beach is only 100 meters away, ideal for families. Discover the beautiful sandy beaches of the Côte de Jade, coastal paths, and the nearby shops of Pornic. One pet is welcome to join your family holiday.
