DESCRIPTION:
Welcome to Free Time! If you enjoy the wrap-around decks on both levels you are sure to catch some of the refreshing ocean breeze.
Upon entering the newly updated Free Time you will find an open tiled hallway that goes into a rec room that has a Foosball table as well as comfortable seating for those wanting to relax and enjoy this second living room space. The guest room offers sleeping space for 7, these built-in bunk beds have twins on top and doubles on the bottom as well as a full bath. In addition to the rec and bunks rooms, there is also an entrance into the pool area and the garage that has the 2nd refrigerator. The elevator that services all 3 levels also begins on this level.
As you head up to the second floor you will find the majority of the guest rooms and the beginning of the wrap around decks! There is a King master suite, a room with a queen bed that shares a bath with a bedroom that has 2 twin beds... all of these rooms are delightfully decorated and make it easy for everyone to enjoy their own space. As part of the Spinnaker’s Fresh Bed Promise all bed linens are laundered between guests.
The top floor is the main living area. This is where you can enjoy views of the neighborhood while dining al fresco. The well-stocked kitchen, dining room table, and updated living room area are filled with light and updated decor. There is also an additional bedroom on this level that is furnished with a King bed and shares a full bath with the floor.
This ocean side home is located just a few minutes walk (approx 5 minutes) from the ocean access and community pool. There is also a golf cart provided for an easier and more relaxing way to get your beach-going items to the sand. The beach access and cart parking is located at the corner of Shipwreck Lane and Louise Howard Court.

This is a great property which offers all the space, convenience, and comfort described in the listing. There is no view of the ocean but the walk or golf cart ride to beach is quick and very manageable. The service provided by the property manager is excellent.

We totally enjoyed the trip. There were family members coming and going and all felt immediately at home here. We especially enjoyed the turtles and tree frogs and nary a mosquito to be found. Southern September Sun and Fried Flounder Sammies Please!

The house was beautifully decorated and the location was perfect. Only a short walk or golf cart ride to the beach. We enjoyed feeding the turtles off the cal-de-sac bridge and the view from the second floor balcony in the morning and evenings. There were a few things that needed fixed when we arrived, but all issues were immediately fixed by Spinnaker’s friendly contractors. We hope to return next year!

Nasty grill

This is a lovely well-equipped home. There is plenty of room and the elevator is wonderful for. bringing in luggage and groceries. The only drawback was that entering the pool area was difficult for older guests. Overall, this is a beautiful house with great porches and an easy walk to the beach.

Spinnaker's Reach is a private community that caters to vacationing families! There is a community access to the sound/ ICW for all guests as well as a swimming pool a short golf cart ride away. The rental office is located in the neighborhood which makes check in and check out very easy considering once you turn right at the 1st stop light onto Coast Guard Road you are finished with traffic... the team at the office is a pleasure to work with and truly want every one of our guests to enjoy their stay.
