The property manager was not responsive to my messages requesting check-in information the morning of our check-in. I had to contact VRBO customer service for assistance. The villa was somewhat clean. There were cigarette butts in the widow sills that made the place stink. The views were nice. Although, 2 of the balconies in the photos were not accessible as the doors to them were locked. I also received no instructions for checkout. It was a great location and we found plenty to do but the villa was a bit of a disappointment.
