Apartamento gran encanto situado en Lido área cerca del mar y del centro turístico de Funchal. No necesitará vehículo como se puede caminar a la playa, restaurantes y farmacias, supermercados y centros comerciales.
paseo en 25m se encuentra en el centro de la ciudad.
Un apartamento muy amplio (160 m2) situado en el ático en la planta quinta.
Cuenta con dos amplios dormitorios con vistas al mar, 2 baños completos, amplio salón con vistas al mar y terraza orientada al sur recibir inmenso sol todo el día y puede disfrutar del clima templado de Funchal mientras mira a la mar. Amplia cocina donde pueden comer 6 personas y comedor. Servido por un ascensor desde el aparcamiento con lugar privado. Equipadas con gran refinamiento y confort toques elegantes, manteniendo el confort y proporcionando todo lo necesario para unas vacaciones cortas o varios meses.
Un apartamento muy completo situado en una zona tranquila y segura con el transporte público (autobús) deje de 20metros.
El aparcamiento privado con el comando con la apertura tiene lugar privado está a pie de calle y servido por un ascensor que le lleva directamente al apartamento.

Nous avons reçu un accueil très chaleureux de Frederica. À notre arrivée, il y avait du fromage, du jambon, du pain, du vin et des fruits; une belle attention. L’appartement est bien situé et très grand; il est propre et bien équipé de produits nécessaires au quotidien pour notre séjour. La vue sur la mer de notre balcon est tout à fait exceptionnelle. We absolutely loved our stay in this open, airy flat. It’s incredibly spacious—with two bedrooms and two bathrooms—making it perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring Madeira. The natural light pours in, and the layout feels both cozy and expansive. One of our favorite features was the stunning ocean view from the balcony, where we enjoyed breakfast and snacks at the little table while soaking in the peaceful surroundings.The kitchen was a dream: fully stocked with every appliance and gadget you could possibly need. Whether you’re cooking a full meal or just making coffee, it’s all there. The flat was very clean, and we appreciated the thoughtful extras—books, card games, and flyers about Madeira. There were several TVs available, but we didn’t end up using them—too busy enjoying our beautiful surroundings. We also had our own parking spot in a safe, secure garage, which made coming and going incredibly easy.Communication with the host was excellent. Fredericka was responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. It truly felt like a home away from home.Highly recommend for anyone looking for comfort, space, and a touch of local charm in Funchal.

The host made us feel very welcome and arranged the transfer to and from the airport for us. There was also a very generous and thoughtful gift of essential provisions including a bottle of wine. So very kind. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The balcony made sitting and watching the sea a lovely experience. There are so many restaurants and bars within a few minutes walk and supermarkets too. Great transport links with bus stops just outside the apartment block, although the flip side of this is some road noise at times. Safe parking space should you need it. Lots of places to sit in the very spacious apartment and being on the top floor gave it an airy feel too. It felt like home from home.

Great stay

We were very happy with the condo. It is spacey, clean, lots of windows and my favorite balcony with an ocean view, perfect for the morning coffee. Frederica was very accommodating, friendly and responsive. Kitchen was well stocked and we had a nice surprise of welcome started kit of coffee, fruits, bread, ham and cheese which greatly appreciated after long travel day. Location was great for us too.

A Fabulous Find!

This apartment exceeded my expectations. The kitchen had everything required to prepare both a simple or a complicated meal. The balcony over looking the water is wonderful after a day of sight seeing or hiking. The check in process was a breeze as Frederica met us at the apartment & we were able to immediately park our car in the underground parking lot. The beds are soft, which I don't care for, but others may find that just fine. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Do it!!

Wonderful Stay

My wife and I stayed here for 11 nights and would recommend it to anyone looking for a base to explore Madeira.Frederica is an outstanding host. She gave us a tour of the apartment when we arrived, and welcomed us with some grocery essentials and sweets treats, which was a really nice touch and very much appreciated after a long journey.The apartment is beautiful, and much larger than we expected. As it is on the top floor (lift makes things easy), the sea views from the balcony are spectacular. The apartment is fully stocked with everything you could need, including all of the everyday essentials that you wouldn't want to have to buy for a short holiday (products for washing clothes, cleaning etc).The kitchen is also fully stocked for cooking, and even has lots of plastic tubs and boxes that made our lunchtime picnics much easier.The location was ideal for us. There are plenty of nice restaurants and two Pingo Doce supermarkets very close by. A walk into the centre of Funchal was a pleasant 25 minutes (though we'd recommend a Bolt for the way back, as it is uphill). The bus stop is also just outside the apartment.The location is also ideal for exploring other areas of Madeira. There is a dedicated parking spot in the garage for your rental car, and it is relatively easy to hop onto the ER101 to access all of the main spots on the island. Even Porto Moniz on the north west side of the island was less than an hour by car.We can't wait to come back!

Unser Urlaub im Sea View war wunderschön. Der Empfang durch Frederica war sehr herzlich. Aufgrund unserer Verspätung hat sie trotzdem auf uns gewartet und super eingewiesen. Toll war der feste Parkplatz im Parkkeller, der Aufzug zur Wohnung und der grandiose Ausblick auf den Ozean. Frederica hat uns die großzügige Wohnung gezeigt. Die Krönung der gefüllte Kühlschrank. First visit to Madeira

Superb apartment, very spacious with comfortable furniture and every facility to make it home from home. Location was perfect, bus stop just outside the property the service was very frequent. Supermarket and restaurant a short walk away. Frederica couldn’t have made us more welcome, she answered queries immediately and made excellent suggestions to make our stay memorable.

Grand appartement avec vue sur mer

Grand appartement avec toutes les commodités. Il y a ci et là quelques petits trucs à réparé mais dans l‘ensemble c‘est top. L’isolation sonore est quasi inexistante, mais l’immeuble est aussi des années 80 environ. Il y a une route très fréquenté dans la journée. Lieu de baignade à proximité et des magasins d’alimentation partout. Funchal centre est à 10 min de bus, juste dans la rue.

A very nice flat with a view

We really enjoyed the stay at Sea View. That flat was huge with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a nice kitchen and living/ dining room. Everything was clean and we found what we needed. The in the same building was very comfortable. Frederica the owner was very kind and friendly and we really felt welcome. We had a nice staying and would choose that fla again. F

Fantastisch!!!

Es war Dank diesem Appartement fantastisch. Tiefgarage mit festen Stellplatz, Fahrstuhl bis zur Wohnung. Der Ausblick vom Balkon, Schlafzimmer, Gästezimmer ist unbeschreiblich schön, da man immer den Atlantik sieht, die vielen Schiffe, Boote, Sonne uvm. Frederica hatte uns herzlich empfangen und für essen und trinken hat sie auch gesorgt. Sie erklärte uns alles was man wissen musste. Frederica ist die Beste und wir kommen sicherlich mal wieder. We chose this lovely apartment beacuse of the seaviews, south facing large balcony, the luxury of space this 2 bedroom apartment offers and the fact it is so peaceful. The neighbourhood is friendly and safe, and its a nice place to call home.

Stunning sea views, the terrace gets sun all day long. The flat has an elevator and car park as well as being equipped with everything needed for a great holiday or a comfortable long stay.
