BALANCE is located right by the sea, on the white beach, on the dune, in the front row, in an antique villa built in the seaside resort architectural style, on the quieter and most beautiful stretch of the Binz beach promenade on Rügen.

If you’re arriving by car or motorcycle, leave the other holidaymakers behind and drive right up to your villa on the beach. You’ll park on the property in the carport parking space (No. 14) that belongs to the apartment.

An lift will effortlessly take you and your luggage to the second floor, to your apartment, which enjoys sunshine until the early evening hours.

Upon arrival, you can easily walk to the Binzer Bucht tourist office in just six minutes to find out about the island’s attractions or current and upcoming events in Binz.

Just a few metres further on, you’ll find shopping options for all ages.

Neither too close nor too far away, the vibrant atmosphere of the bars and restaurants welcomes you.
Cultural entertainment is also available at the Kurhaus and on the Kurplatz.

You can relax and enjoy the day on the beach in front of the house or in a lounge chair on the rooftop terrace. 

The apartment is compact and offers a side view of the Baltic Sea, if you’d like.
At Balance, you’ll enjoy a very private holiday experience, far removed from mainstream interior design trends.

Balance (for 2 people) is the younger sibling apartment of Griffonwood (for 2 people). Why not take a holiday for four (2+2) in Binz with some dear friends or your friendly neighbors?

That way, each couple has their own space. You can spend the day enjoying activities together or on your own, and in the evening, explore the island’s cuisine.

Trust me—this is one of the most beautiful places on Earth.

From Balance, you can head out to sea or explore the island and its surroundings—one of Germany’s most beautiful islands. The sea, known as a reservoir of summer heat, provides a pleasant climate for the colourful autumn activities.

The tranquility and the refreshing, clean air along the Baltic Sea coast during the winter months are no longer an insider’s secret. Depending on the weather, you’ll experience a fairy-tale winter landscape or enjoy the view of the green rolling hills with their diverse array of bare trees.
Alone as a couple in the restaurant—it feels like an island made just for us.
