Das Haus liegt nah zwischen Bahnhof, Stadt und Strand. Beides in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Das Büro Scheel ist gleich vor Ort am Haus im Büro erreichbar. Im Keller befindet sich ein Schwimmbad, wer schwimmen kann, perfekt.
