This spacious, moored houseboat offers 63 square meters of living space and all the comforts of a modern, high-quality vacation home, complete with a sun deck and rooftop terrace. In the cozy living area with an open-concept kitchen, you can relax on the couch or gather around the spacious table for a delicious meal or a game night.

The fully equipped kitchen, complete with all essential appliances and an induction stove, leaves nothing to be desired. The dishwasher helps you get back to focusing on what really matters on vacation. On warm days, both the two sun terraces in front of and behind the living area, as well as the rooftop terrace, invite you to relax and sunbathe. From the rooftop terrace, you’ll enjoy a wonderful view of the marina and the Flensburg Fjord.

Inside the houseboat, in addition to the living area with underfloor heating for cold days, you’ll find two bedrooms, each with a double bed, as well as a modern bathroom with a shower. You’ll find plenty of storage space in the closets in each room.
