The quietly situated 40 m² apartment for 2 people is located in the basement with its own terrace (25 m²), sheltered like an inner courtyard. Sun loungers and relaxing chairs are available. The Mediterranean-style apartment is tiled with Italian porcelain stoneware and has modern underfloor heating, powered by solar thermal energy, photovoltaics, CO²-neutral pellet heating and 100% green electricity, and has been awarded an environmental prize for being particularly environmentally friendly.



The bright, cozy living-dining room (19m²)

is equipped with Sat-Flat-TV, Internet-DAB-Radio and Highspeed-Glassfiber Internet via W-LAN. The room is furnished with a comfortable double sofa bed, leather armchair and a folding dining table. The kitchenette is equipped with a 4* fridge, 4-plate ceramic hob, microwave grill, three coffee machines (coffee machine with grinder, pad and filter), kettle and toaster.



The bedroom (12 m²)

with double bed, large closet, dressing bench and window invites you to a restful sleep.



The tastefully tiled bathroom

is equipped with a glass shower, wall-mounted WC, a large panoramic mirror, hairdryer and shelves.

You have your own parking space, a lockable bicycle room and your own access to the apartment with air-independent ventilation, ideal for pollen allergy sufferers. For an environmentally friendly journey by train, we offer a free pick-up service from Lindau/B or Wasserburg/B station.
