It will take a minute to notice the incredible architectural details in this contemporary beauty. Each room boasts vaulted ceilings lined with cedar planks and large picture windows framed in wood. Skylights are strategically placed to let the sun stream in. Radiant heat penetrates through the natural stone floors.

Sip a glass of Sonoma wine at the bar and enjoy the panoramic ocean view. Become mesmerized by the pink and gold sun fading into the sea. Cook a gourmet meal in a fully equipped kitchen featuring a gas stove, warming drawer, two sinks, exotic granite countertops, and custom cabinetry. Plug your iPad into the state-of-the-art sound system and listen to your favorite tunes. Or, sink into the Great Room sofa, put your feet up, and watch a HD movie on the large flat screen television enhanced with surround sound.

Feel the warm jets sooth your muscles as you relax with friends under the stars in the hot tub on the main deck. There is a separate south-facing deck, fully protected on three sides, featuring a fire place, comfortable seating, and gas BBQ. Note the convenient pass-through window from the kitchen to the outdoor BBQ counter.

Each sleeping room features a queen bed, flat screen TV with cable and club-chair seating. Room temperatures can be separately set for complete and utter comfort. For a romantic touch, the Master suite glows with a limestone-framed fireplace. The limestone extends to the Master Bath counters and walls, wrapping you in spa-like luxury. Curved cabinetry, glass sinks and a rain head shower complete the Master Bath.

You will never tire of the wild life that graces our ½ acre lot. Hot coffee in hand, watch the early morning show. Delight in a fawn chasing a rabbit. Witness the courting rituals of buck and doe. Follow the fox strutting through the grass. Quietly watch the resident lynx seek its prey. Be in awe as the turkey vulture repeatedly circles and lands, and at last dives for his meal. The place is meticulously clean and the finishes are ultra high end. The great room is an entertainers dream with a large bar, huge dinner table and views galore. The neighborhood is great for walking and taking in the coastal air. We can't wait to stay there again!

Family reunion

We rented this home for my son his wife & two children to use during our family reunion. We live in Sereno Del Mar part time and needed some extra space. What a blessing this incredible home was. With it's large open great room, kitchen & bar we were able to have our family dinners together. This home is beautifully appointed from top to bottom with all the amenities of a 5 star hotel!

Spectacular views, comfortable and stylish furnishings, awesome kitchen and a lovely host. My family had an amazing relaxing Christmas in this fabulous home. The owners have really gone out of their way to provide everything you could need. I cannot say enough about the views and how cozy the home is. The kitchen is super easy to cook in and the tools were abundant. One of the owners met us at the property. We were super late getting there but he waited. We could tell it meant a lot to him to show us everything and share the beautiful home he and his wife created. I will add that the home was super clean - even the refrigerator smelled good. Do yourself a favor and stay at this home. Relax, enjoy the views and walk to the beach in ten minutes.

This property exceeded expectations - photos cannot do it justice. Wonderful ocean view setting on nice, private lot. Very spacious main living/dining room with bar featuring panoramic windows. House was immaculately clean. Beds very comfortable. All modern appliances with kitchen fully set up for preparing meals. Master bathroom has very nice walk in shower. Hot tub is great. PERFECT PARADISE

Our super hosts, Ginger and Kanwar, call their amazing house Bubbles by the Sea because they had a chilled bottle of champagne & glasses waiting for us in the frig. A great start to our memorable vacation and things only got better. There pristine house is comfortable and a work of art. Designed with great care and thought by them and their achitect son. The Pacific can be seen from a short distance from every room in the house & the beach is an 8 minute walk. You are visited daily by MANY deer right outside the large windows as hawks glide above. WIld turkeys roam the neighborhood as well as little bunnies. If you can tear yourself away from the house there is a greaat book provided with restaurants in the area & Kanwar is great at offering suggestions. Before you arrive make a reservation for a sunset dinner at the River's End restaurant. It is an experience & view you will never forget. We have stayed in many homes in various locations but none have been more memorable than Bubbles by the Sea. Thanks Ginger & Kanwar.

An all around amazing stay at this property. Kanwar met my family for check-in and walked us through the whole house and all the provided amenities. The views from the house is remarkable - much better than what the pictures show. It was so peaceful to enjoy the outdoors from the patio area. Would definitely stay again!

Just completed a 3 nt/4 day vacay at this VRBO and what a treat! First, the owners are absolutely amazing, hospitable and friendly. Kanwar and Ginger thought of every detail for this gem of a spot in Bodega, the only thing guests need to do is pack, stop at a grocery store, arrive, Kanwar will meet you and tour you through the house. No need to take notes, he even has 2 binders with everything he just told you. 1 binder is filled with places to eat, recommended best chowder at specific places, things to do, etc. Beach chairs, camping chairs, sand toys for kids, beach towels, bath towels, hot tub, anything you'll need to cook meals together, there are a variety of spices, oils, beer, sodas. All the privacy you need, sit outside and listen to music while relaxing on outdoor furniture or in the hot tub while looking out onto the ocean. If it gets windy, move your group to the other outdoor area and turn on the fireplace and continue to listen to the music because there are speakers anywhere you want to listen. The reviews we read talked about the house looking even better in person, and now we can confirm how true that statement is. If I could give 10 stars, I'd def give it. The house is beautiful, the inside bar, the bar counter, the long dinner table, the sofa, the rooms all with unobstructed views and t.v., the master with a fireplace, just fabulously done. Awaking in the a.m. to the deer that hang out and at times put on a show while you either sit outside drinking coffee or from the inside of house. After midnight, the moon shines so bright, you get views of millions of stars shining and you can see the beautiful views of the ocean.... we're already planning our next trip back, it's that great.

The pictures of this home do not do it justice. This is a beautiful, spacious home with epic views. The deck and hot tub were so relaxing. As advertised, the kitchen is fully stocked and has everything you need— and designed for entertaining. It is a short drive to points of interest (variety of beaches, hikes, restaurants) and in walking distance of one beach. Kanwar was a great host and his hospitality was greatly appreciated. Would definitely recommend!

Kanwar has a gorgeous house. He was very courteous by driving up and showing us around. The weather was pretty foggy for most of the stay but the final full day we had a glorious sunny early Fall afternoon. The view can't be beat and the amenities are first class! We hope to visit again soon,.

Great house (better than pictures!) with a lovely setting overlooking open space and the ocean. Extremely private. Close enough to Bodega Bay for dinner/takeout, but avoids all the weekend crowds. Easy to get to wine country for amazing Pinots and Chardonnays. Looking forward to coming back!

A Great Escape from City Life

Bubbles by the Sea VRBO #559467 Kanwar met us at the property when we arrived and gave us an extensive tour of his gorgeous home. By the time he left, we knew where every light switch, receptacle and tool was located, as well as how to operate everything. He was the consummate host leaving us a bottle of champagne to start our vacation. His home is both beautiful and functional, with all the amenities that one would expect, including a bar with an outstanding view, a wonderful hot tub, two patios (one with a fireplace), a barbeque, and even an outdoor private shower. Also, music is available in every room, and outside, at the turn of a knob. The home is designed so that every room has an unobstructed view of the ocean, deer, rabbits, etc. Kanwar’s home, its view and its ambiance are truly outstanding, leaving anyone lucky enough to have chosen it with feelings of peace and tranquility. Incredible place

One of the best VRBO places we have stayed. Incredible views of the ocean. The architecture of the great room with the picture windows and the bar facing the ocean were just perfect for conversations and wine! The special touches with the speakers in all of the outdoor locations, the fireplaces, the hot tub,, the decks were so enjoyable. Can’t wait to go back!

Simply Marvelous!

We spent a lovely week at this amazing property. Kanwar has equipped the house with every comfort we could wish for! We enjoyed the quiet, private feel of the Great Room, watching the deer and quail feed in our backyard. The hot tub was pristine and we enjoyed it with morning coffee and watching the stars come out at night. Kanwar has provisioned the spacious kitchen with quality dishes, stemware, every type of kitchen accessory we could want and we cooked in and set beautiful tables almost every night as a result. He was a very accessible and accommodating host. The beaches are many and just so beautiful. I can't say enough good things about our stay, we would love to come again.

This property is a perfect place to unwind in style. Kanwar was easy to communicate with. He and his son designed an impressive space -- the attention to detail in this property was surprising!
