Enjoy breathtaking views of the golf course and the Pacific Ocean; Soak in the panoramic scenery from the deck; Immerse in the Bodega Harbor community with access to world-class golfing and dining at The Blue Water Bistro.

During extremely cold or hot weather, you may need to turn on the two mini-split air conditioners that are mounted on the walls: one in the living room and the other in the master bedroom. Please note that you cannot using one for cooling and the other for heating because both of them connecting to the same heat pump unit outside.

Please note that we do not provide any consumable items. Please bring your own.

Moreover, this residence is designed to accommodate only a couples with small children. As evident in the images, the house features a king-sized bed in the bedroom and a single bed in the loft, with additional sleeping options provided by the sofa beds in the living room. It's important to note that the bedroom has an open layout connected to the living room, which means it does not offer soundproofing, as illustrated in the accompanying picture.

Pleasant stay w comfy bed. Glad to have the mini splits since the December weather was chilly. Small but utilitarian kitchen. Also small but functional bathroom off master but need to be a shorter person to enjoy shower. Place is on 2nd hole of golf course w a nice view of ocean.

This rental was great, being on the golf course. We saw though that the unit seemed to target as a golfer's retreat. The amenities were very limited and we would have liked to have had closets in the loft and small bedroom; more seating on the deck w/ a table and a grill; and even a outside gas firepit would have been nice. This unit has great potential to meet a wider pool of renters and with just a few additions or adjustments, we hope that future renters would enjoy the location as well. Aloha

We’ve rented many vacation properties in Bodega Harbors over the years and this one worked out perfectly for just the two of us. Well appointed and clean for our short stay…would definitely recommend

Amazing Views. So Peaceful and Relaxing.

This house was so perfect for our family. Huge window seats to watch the ocean, the wildlife and the fairway. I can’t overstate the beauty of the views. This is a smaller, very open concept house - which was perfect for my family because we came here to spend time together and relax (after a hectic family wedding, farther inland). My 80 year old parents stayed in the large open bedroom above. The stairs were very manageable for them. One of my adult kids stayed in a different sleeping area to the other side (had a desk, which was ideal- because they were attending class virtually). And my other adult child and I stayed in the two (!) matching sofa beds downstairs. My young adult kids wanted to go to the beach, and there were multiple paths that led straight down, and 2 minutes north was Doran beach with 7 day pass, so my elderly parents could have an easier walk to/from the car. My parents are golf fanatics and enjoyed watching the activity on the fairway from the (surprisingly private, peaceful) back patio. The kitchen is compact but nice, and cleverly organized with everything we needed and wanted. Nice deep sink. Two bathrooms with showers suited us perfectly. Also - a refreshingly short list of requests for cleanup/checkout & rules. (After our last stay elsewhere- we thought we’d died and gone to heaven when we saw the short, reasonable list). That made our stay even more relaxing. For our family — Just perfect!

Home was not as listed on VERBO...

Fair ar best.. no closets, not two bedroom as listed. Very dirty entry, barhroom showers have no place to but soap/shampoo. No bbq. Clean living area, but a very disappointing propety. But has a very good view of golf course and longview to the ocean. Once and done for us. Look up the property on Zillow, listed as one bedroom, not two bedroom as stated in listing.

Not as advertised

Booked a rainy getaway with the intention of sitting in front of the fireplace, just like the pictures showed in the listing. There was no fireplace, just a blank wall. Communication with the property manager is through the app only, no text messages or phone number to contact with issues. The inaccurate listing shows a lack of integrity, I see previous reviews had issues with the property description as well. It's a small house with a gorgeous view. Lots of steps, steps to get to the bathroom and steps to get to the bedroom, steps down from the entry to get to the living area (no problem for us). Appreciated that we had access to the garage so we could stash our bicycles, some properties don't allow garage access. It's a pretty steep driveway, no problem for our truck but perhaps less confident drivers could find it intimidating (our tires spun a bit with the rain and steep incline as we were departing). The kitchen was adequate, cheap pans and the fridge is small, not a standard sized fridge FYI, fine for the two of us for a short stay but FYI could be an issue for larger parties with longer stays. All in all, wish we would have booked someplace else.

Check in and out was smooth. Amazing location and views!! Plenty of room and the deck was our favorite spot. Upstairs shower watch your head and shower window a little on display to golfers. Some pictures of amenities were different than advertised. It was a great place to stay with a lot of features to enjoy your stay.

The property was nice, I wish it would have had a jacuzzi, or use of a pool, the restaurant and pool area was closed. Overall I had a nice time with my best friend for my 63rd birthday 🎉 *

Get Away for Two

The location and views are wonderful. Since it is directly on the second hole of the golf course, we enjoyed watching the golfer. Super location to golf and easy beach access. The deck is nice with ocean view. However, deck furniture is really needed in order to fully enjoy the deck. The downstairs bathroom needs a mirror and it is difficult to get hot water in the sink. The expresso machine is fancy; however, there needs to be a much nicer regular coffee maker (not just a 4 cup).

The bed needs a thick mattress pad; the sheet was so thin that it bunched up terribly. Front door could use a new mat. Overall a nice stay; comfortable and lovely views.

Cozy Home

My family enjoyed our stay here. We have been renting various homes in this neighborhood for 20 years and the beauty of the area never disappoints. It is a smaller house suitable for one family as the upstairs is a loft style with no solid walls. The kitchen is also a smaller version of a full kitchen (small fridge and dishwasher). A few negatives were: we did not receive the keypad code before check-in, so I had to call to get that; no toilet paper or soap was left in the downstairs bathroom; no sponge at the kitchen sink (but I found one in a closet); no patio furniture/BBQ. Overall, it was a cute home and we enjoyed our stay.

Lovely view, close to beach, nice furniture

Lovely weekend stay. This house is very close to the beach access (through the Golf Club parking lot.) it’s got a lovely view of the ocean, and has new/clean furniture. One thing to consider: there’s no sound insulation at all. While sitting in the dining area or living room, you can hear every flush of the toilet and every rustle or turn made by someone in bed. Don’t expect any auditory privacy and bring your ear plugs!

Difficult

No wash cloths, no hand towels for bath. Bed very uncomfortable..need a closet in bedroom. need mirror in down stairs bathroom. Hot water just a dribble in kitchen. Heater was insufficient...house always cold. Called about towels...no help. Great views and relaxing days. Had a great time despite problems.
