The property consists of the free-standing two-storey villa and an adjoining building near the pool area and can accommodate max. 14 (10 + 4) persons in 5 large spacious bedrooms (4 beds can additionally be delivered).
 
Each room has its own bathroom as well as a television set and a safe.
 
The villa from the 18th century is decorated with valuable antique furniture and has a heatable floor with air conditioning (cooling effect in the summer). There are large open living rooms with fireplace and comfortable sofas, a large dining table and the open kitchen which is equipped with all comforts.
 
The adjoining building offers the guests a separate kitchen with a pizza oven and barbeque, a dining room and a bathroom. Here larger groups can cook and eat together. A small elevator takes hot dishes directly into the pool area.
 
The large property is fenced-in and offers as well a well-kept English rose garden.

 
The heatable pool (17 x 7m, depth: ) has a hot tub which can be used as a paddling pool for children. Deck chairs and parasols invite here to relax and chill out.
 
On the private parking area is enough space for 10 cars.

In just 3 km you get to the next village with various shops. 

The bus station and the restaurant is only about 500 meters away.

 In the surrounding area there are many sport facilities such as polo, horse riding, golf (12 holes) and tennis. The villa is situated between Arezzo and Siena, in the middle of the Chianti region with splendid views to the Tuscan hills. The convenient position makes it the ideal vacation spot for all Polo enthusiasts, because the Polo Club is just 1 km away.
 
It is also well located for exploring the old historic and cultural towns nearby such as Arezzo, Siena, Cortona, San Gimignano, Volterra and Florence etc.
 
Additionally the glorious surrounding countryside invites to cycling, hiking or to a visit to the thermal baths.  Bikes can be provided on request.
