La Coma d'en Roca is a restored 17th century stone farmhouse that stands out for its elevated position above the valley and exceptional views. It has large common areas and an impressive garden with a fenced swimming pool facing the Cabrarès massif.
The property has a land of 50 hectares. The area next to the house is a large garden with several terraces. There is a barbecue area and a picnic area to eat under the shade of the trees. There is also a covered outdoor games room with table tennis, table soccer, billiards and a chill out area. The pool area is elevated above the garden and overlooks the entire property with exceptional views. Finally we will also find a large corral and a large area of fenced meadows with electric shepherd where the donkeys of the farm live.
On the farm lives a couple of landlords with their dogs. They have their own house with a small outdoor terrace. The rest of the exteriors that you can see in the photos are reserved exclusively for the guests of the rural house.
