The 4 Bedrooms Apartment is well located in a community with short distance to all Hotspots and the best Beaches like El Medano, Las Americas, Los Cristianos, the Siam Park & Mall and much much more. All hotspots are reachable within 10 - 15 minutes by car. I will support you with tips and lovely places around, I'll do my best for you to have a memorable Holiday.
My Cozy Apartment offers a lof of space (about 125m²) with 4 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms on 2 floors, and a lovely Terrace with Sea + Mountain views. I try to offer as much variety as possible: The house is equipped with 4 TVs including Free Netflix and International TV Channels(UK, France, Germany, Poland, Spain, Italy, Netherlands, and many more). 400 Megabits Fiber WiFi with a coverage for all rooms. Every Room is designed with a unique touch to fit the needs of every guest. They are perfectly suited for Groups and Familys, but also for Couples which love to have space and spread out.
The house offers 2 Bedrooms with 2 Beds suitable for Couples and another 2 Bedrooms with 1 Bed(both of the "1 Person Beds" are quite big with a width of 140cm). 2 Bedrooms have workdesks, in case you need to "get something done" whilst you enjoy your time on our wonderful Island.
The Duplex House is well located in a super friendly local Community House. You'll have enough space for at least 6 People.
You'll find a sports ground 2 minutes nearby, Bars & Restaurants and of course the little Supermarket "Merca Chafiras/Superdiplo", which is less than 5 mins by feet and open 7 days a week. Big Supermarkets, a German Bakery and a lot of big Shops with Electronics and Fashion are reachable within a 10 minutes walk.
You'll also have a perfect connection to the Bus Stations nearby and the industrial Zone of Las Chafiras, which sounds more industrial than it actually is. The truth is, by a 15 minutes walk you have hundreds of opportunities for shopping Fashion, cheap Electronics and lots of other stuff in the big Warehouses.
Many Restaurants for a tasty Lunch or Dinner nearby and believe me, there's satisfaction for everyone. No matter if you're the Fast Food Guy (KFC, Burger King, McDonalds nearby) or the more picky eater (Oriental Kitchen, Local Kitchen, Chinese & Japan Kitchen, Tapas Bars, American Diner and much more).
Apart the fact that Las Chafiras is really good connected to the local Busses which head to the Hotspots of the Island, I recommend a rental car. We offer free private parking. Rental cars are cheap on Tenerife (mostly about 20€/day) and you will see much much more of Tenerife with an extra of flexibility for your perfect Holiday. I highly recommend to explore the Beaches around and find your favourite magic place. If you want to decide to get a rental car later within your trip, just go and catch one of the Taxis or the Bus in Front of the Airport. The usual price to my house from "Reina Sofia Airport Tenerife South" by Taxi is about 15€. Go get your Taxi Driver a nice Tip, getting a Taxi is cheap here and the locals are always happy for your support.
Contactless flexible Check-In with Key-Box is available, no need to rely on meetings! Plenty of free parking is available just in front of the house. The neighbourhood is local, very friendly and located in non-tourist area. A mini market for your daily goods and needs is nearby in less than 5 minutes walk. The house is located next to a big barranco, which is a great place for hiking and mountain biking.
I try to make your holiday experience as easy as possible. I'm happy to provide the best Hotspots nearby. We have different balanced mattress and pillows, to offer a "bed for every back". We offer beach towels, beach chairs and a parasol. My Kitchen is well equipped, nothing to miss there! I do my best to help you with my experience to discover the island, refer you to the best services, excursions, restaurants and bars.
Important: Because of some really bad experiences with clients, we are forced to ask for a security deposit of 200€, which is necessary to send at least 48 hours before your check in. You will receive a receipt for your security deposit and we will refund you 24-48 hours after your check out. Thank you for your understanding!
