Finca Mauri is located just 2 km from the town centre and the beach of Puerto Pollensa on the MA-2200 road, which connects Pollensa with the port of Puerto Pollensa. The popular harbour of Puerto Pollensa has a long promenade with wonderful views of the bay of Pollensa and Cap Formentor, shops, boutiques and countless restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets. The long sandy beach has a good infrastructure with several beach bars, freshwater showers and sunbed hire. The shallow entrance makes this stretch of coast particularly family-friendly.

The beautiful old town of Pollensa is approx. 5 km away. It has an extensive pedestrianised area with traditional shops, boutiques, restaurants and cafés. On Sundays, a popular market takes place in the narrow alleyways, while during the week you can enjoy watching everyday life in one of the cafés in the central Plaza Mayor.

With its challenging mountain routes, the area around Pollensa is popular with cyclists, motorcyclists and hikers alike. Everyone will find their favourite route here. Golfers have several golf courses in the area at their disposal. There is a wide range of water sports on offer in the Bay of Pollensa, which is particularly popular with surfers and sailors.

Finca Mauri is a single-storey house in the immediate vicinity of Puerto Pollensa. The entrance hall leads into the open, bright living/dining room with exposed beams and beautiful, traditional elements. Directly adjacent is the modern, fully equipped kitchen with access to the covered dining terrace. The sleeping area consists of three bedrooms: one double and two twin bedrooms and two bathrooms. The bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning h/c, which runs on a timer.

Finca Mauri has a well-kept garden with lawns, a large pool and sun terrace.
At the front of the house there is a covered terrace. The main terrace overlooks the pool area and is accessible from the kitchen. It is equipped with a dining table and a large, brick-built barbecue. Parking space for several cars is available on the property.

Children are welcome. A baby cot and a high chair are available free of charge.
Pets are not allowed.

Minimum stay is one week, individual extra days are possible.
