Hidden Romance’s Full Description

You'll fall in love with this secluded two-bedroom, renovated log cabin in the foothills of the Smoky Mountains! Hiking trails and a nearby private association pond centrally located within the Hidden Lakes subdivision (catch and release fishing) are just a few of the amenities of this cabin located in Hidden Lakes Resort. While this cabin is nestled in the woods, it is also just 5 miles to the Smoky Mountain National Park and close to all the attractions and restaurants in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg.

This cabin features a main floor master suite, complete with a king-size bed, cozy corner electric fireplace; living room with 2-story stone gas fireplace, half bathroom, laundry room w/full size washer and dryer, a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, under cabinet lighting and dining table. Overlooking the living room is a loft, which features a foosball table, high top table and a comfortable over-sized reading chair (which converts to a twin sleeper). The lower level features a second bedroom, full bath with corner shower, game room with 7’ pool table, and theatre room with 75” Roku tv and surround sound, mini refrigerator, corner sectional with queen size sofa sleeper and dresser. Enjoy a cozy evening watching a movie on YouTubeTV in front of the electric fireplace.

The theatre room can be used as a 3rd bedroom making use of the queen sleeper with memory foam mattress for complete privacy. The lower level also features a private deck with relaxing chairs, perfect for morning coffee, quiet afternoons, or anytime you want to enjoy nature's beauty. The main level deck includes a private five-person hot tub, Adirondack chairs and a two-person glider so you can sit and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere while you throw a couple of steaks on the charcoal grill. This luxury cabin features four flat screen HDTVs and unlimited WIFI.

All guests to our cabin will have free use of an off-site pool at Honeysuckle Meadows Pool & Deli. This outdoor pool opens daily in mid-April (weather dependent) through September. Enjoy the beautiful, large swimming pool, kiddie pool, picnic tables, lots of lounge chairs, a covered dining area, as well as a full service deli & grill with fantastic food. This pool is conveniently located five miles from the cabin.

We had the best time at the hidden rommance! Cabin was extremely clean, nicely decorated and beds were very comfy. Had everything at the cabin that we needed. Owners were very friendly. Will def be staying again!!

Nice stay

House was very clean and comfortable. Location was nice— about 10 min drive to Pigeon Forge and about 15 minutes to Metcalf Bottoms hiking trail. Pay close attention to the listing, the fishing pond that is pictured the most is an association pond and not on the property. We ended up being too busy to fish, but did have some confusion about that when planning out our days.

Amazing experience

We stayed at this property the first week of July and it was an amazing experience! The host communicated a couple times prior to our day of check-in and was easily accessible and quick to reply to questions once we arrived. We had a beeping smoke detector she had fixed within a couple of hours. The property is exactly as described and is absolutely gorgeous. It was clean, stocked to the brim in the kitchen, and made for a wonderful stay for our family. There was more than enough (clean, well-kept) bedding for all the sleeping areas. It was so hot when we went, but being tucked away it was comfortable to still relax on the porches. It was quiet and away from the main road - but still close to the major areas of Pidgeon Forge and Gaitlinburg. I would absolutely recommend this property to others looking for quiet but proximity to the tourist areas. The host and property are top notch!

Great secluded location - highly recommended

The cabin was amazing. I took my daughter and her two kids for her 15th birthday. They loved it. The location is truly hidden. I was a little nervous at first with the narrow gravel road. I reached out to Lynn when we checked in that evening with a quick question and she responded immediately. The cabin was very clean. There was literally everything we needed, pots, pans, a few seasonings, extra pillows and blankets. There was enough extra space. The girls took the whole lower level. Where there had the bedroom, pool table and movie room. They had so much fun in the lovel level we really didn’t even use the loft. The cabin is located about 15 mins from the parkway. This was our first time in Pigeon Forge so it was nice seeing all the different activities that was available for the girls. The cabin did have access to a pool nearby but we didn’t get a chance to go. We stayed 3 nights, with so many activities I would suggest staying 5 nights if you can. I would definitely recommend this location to others. I would suggest if you’re going during the winter months to drive some type of AWD or off road vehicle.

Great Cabin for our Family Thanksgiving Getaway!

Our family of five had an excellent stay for Thanksgiving. The cabin is extremely clean and had everything we needed. We really enjoyed the pool table and the extra space to spread out. We love the Wears Valley area due to the low traffic back park entrance as well as the back roads to “The Parkway.” Tip- don’t try to drive into Gatlinburg on the afternoon after Thanksgiving. 😬 That was the only negative to our visit and it was our own fault. 😂

phenomenal stay

Overall the view was amazing, everything listed for the cabin was there. The location was also in an amazing spot. Not too far from all the attractions we were looking for. would recommend staying again.

Perfect hideaway

We enjoyed our stay very much!! It was just perfect! Close to town, but felt like our own hideaway in the woods. Quiet, peaceful, amenities were awesome. The lake was beautiful, even though we didn't catch very many fish. Very happy! Thank you!

Cute and Clean

Loved our stay at the cabin. Pictures were accurate for the cabin and everything looked exactly as portrayed. It was extremely clean and well kept and super cute. We thought the cabin overlooked the little lake, which it doesn't, but it was still a gorgeous place to stay. Quiet and secluded, but close to a lot of the local places to hike and visit. We enjoyed it very much
