Super close to everything downtown, which was a huge plus! The home was a great fit for our family of four. Our kids (ages 4 and 6) absolutely loved the pool and hot tub.That said, there were a few things worth noting for anyone considering a stay at A Bear’s Alpine Splash. The lock on the pool door wasn’t working, which would have provided extra peace of mind with young children. There also weren’t any basic cleaning supplies available (not even a broom), which made it difficult to tidy up during our stay.The kitchen was a great size, but it didn’t include any spices or basics like salt and pepper. With the pool and hot tub, we also found there weren’t enough towels for everyone. Additionally, the TV was very slow and the remote didn’t work properly.The upstairs bedroom was spacious and comfortable, though it would have been nice to have a door on the bathroom for more privacy.Overall, the house was very clean, the location was excellent, and we had a great time. The Xplorie tickets were also a fun added bonus!
