Beautiful private garden (700 m²) with large terrace and barbecue, dining table, seating and sun loungers.
Car parking space with hail protection on the property. Air conditioning and central heating.
The house has 2 double bedrooms, 1 of which has twin beds.
All rooms have a TV.
Bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine.
Living room with sofa, dining table and kitchenette. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, induction hob, extractor hood and oven.

Great holidays near Lake Garda ! The house is modern, well-equipped (air conditioning in all rooms) and very cosy, with a beautiful garden. The swimming-pool is shared but is large enough to feel comfortable. Great location close to Bardolino, Lazise, Verona, GardaLand amusement park... Very good communication with Didy before our arrival (very clear and detailed access indications) and during our stay, thanks a lot !

Wir DREI haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt, wir waren schon das 2. Mal in diesem Jahr in diesem Domizil.Alles sehr gepflegt angelegt, hier merkt man, das sich der Gastgeber noch Gedanken macht.Die Gastgeberin ist schon im Vorfeld sehr korrekt in ihrem Ausführung, respektive alles wie es im Internet dokumentiert wird, trifft auch zu.Auch für unseren kleinen Vierbeiner ein Paradies, alles in allem recht unkompliziert.Betreuung vor Ort 24/7, die Gastgeberin ist in allen Belangen behilflich und auch erreichbar.Abschließend lässt sich sagen, Auto abstellen, auf dem Grundstück, Koffer auspacken . . . URLAUB . . . was willste mehr.Wir kommen gern wieder Didy.Annett, Andreas & Micky

Wir waren leider sehr enttäuscht vom Umgang nach unserem Aufenthalt.Bei der Abreise haben wir draußen alles geputzt und innen so gut es ging sauber gemacht – allerdings gab es in der Unterkunft weder Staubsauger noch Putzmittel. Wir mussten mit Schwamm und Spülmittel improvisieren, was natürlich nur begrenzt möglich war. Vor Ort meinte die Vermieterin noch, es sei ausreichend, jetzt wird uns aber die „mangelnde Sauberkeit“ in Rechnung gestellt.Zusätzlich beschuldigt sie uns, Stühle beschädigt zu haben: zuerst war von einem Stuhl die Rede, dann plötzlich von zweien. Eine klare, nachvollziehbare Rechnung gab es nicht obwohl wir darum gebeten haben – stattdessen einfach ein frei gewählter Betrag.Wir haben versucht, das Ganze per Chat zu klären, aber darauf wird nicht mehr reagiert. Stattdessen hat die Vermieterin eine negative Bewertung über uns abgegeben.Der Aufenthalt selbst war in Ordnung, aber die Nachbearbeitung war unfair, untransparent und hat den positiven Eindruck leider komplett zerstört.

Villa Monte ist kein Party Haus! Das Haus wurde sauber und komplett übergeben das haben Sie mich schriftlich mit 'überraschend schön' bestätigt. Bei Abreise einen komplett verbogener Gartenstuhl (Teil von ein komplettes Tischset), 5 fehlende Besteckteile und die stark verschmutzte Küche und Terrasse so zu hinterlassen das die nächste anreisende Gäste vorübergehend ausquartiert werden müssten ist mir noch nie passiert. Ein schönes, gepflegtes und sauber gemietetes Haus mit Terrasse und Garten sind mit Respekt zu behandeln! Reinigung wird Ihnen nicht in Rechnung gebracht, lediglich das was kaputt ist und was fehlt und da reicht die Kaution nicht mal aus! Für unsere Terrassenboden muss ich mit speziell Geräte arbeiten lassen da Holzkohle vermischt mit Getränke über 30 m² eingetreten wurden. Eine klare nachvollziehbare Rechnung wird das Buchungsportal bald überreicht!
