Plenty of space, hugh terrace under roof, table tennis

We enjoyed our stay a lot. Paolo is a great host and welcomed us in front of the villa together with Francesco. Everything was clean. You can tell that the house is used by the owner themselves because of all the details within the house and outside. Location is directly at the lake. Supermarket, stores and restaurants are close and only a little drive or walk away.

A paradise by the lake

The villa by the lake is spacious, beautiful and very well furnished and equipped. Love the lush gardens and the quiet atmosphere. Very peaceful indeed. Paolo and Francisco welcomed us and gave us a tour of his family summer abode. It looks much better than the photos! Paolo gave us recommendations on local eateries. We ended up eating at Ristorante Molino (less than 10 minutes walk from the villa) 3 out of the 4 nights! It has excellent pizzas and a wide selection of other delicacies. Highly recommended it. Thank you Paolo for your graciousness. Abbracci, Jim, Valerie, Franz, Angie & Spice.

Rundum mehr als zufrieden

Eine tolle Lage, ein fantastischer Ausblick auf den See, ein großese, gemütliches Haus mit allem was man braucht, der Garten ein Paradies für Kind und Hund und der liebe Paolo, der uns einen sehr herzlichen Empfang und eine ebenso herzliche Betreuung bereitet hat. Danke lieber Paolo

Perle am Gardasee

Dieses Haus lässt sich durchaus als Perle bezeichnen. Durch die Größe des Grundstückes und des Hauses selbst , in unmittelbarer Nähe am See, lässt es sich wunderbar entspannen. Die Begrüßung durch den Vermieter (Herr Bottazzi und seiner Frau) vor Ort war sehr herzlich und hat einem in Kürze alle wichtigen Informationen zum Haus und der Umgebung geliefert. Das Haus hat den Ursprünglichen Charme alter Villen und hebt sich definitif von allen Neubauten und Massentourismuszelllen ab. Es zeugt vom Stil des Vermieters und wurde über die Jahre hinweg liebevolll gepflegt. Alles was man für einen Aufenthalt benötigt ist vorhanden, funktional und sauber. Mit Bettwäsche und Handtüchern ein Rundumsorglos-Paket Egal ob gutes Wetter (Baden am See, in der Sonne liegen,Frühstück auf dem Balkon) oder schlechtes Wetter (z. B. Tischtennis unter dem Dach), es gibt genügend Mögliichkeiten sich die Zeit angenehm zu vertreiben. Wer gut zu Fuss ist, kann auch zu Fuss einkaufen (ca. 20min). Das Haus bietet alle Möglichkeiten. Die Beschreibung im Portal trifft voll und ganz zu. Hunde sind definitiv und können sich auf dem riesigen Grundstück austoben.

Wundervolles Haus für pure Entspannung

Unser Aufenthalt bei Paolo war einfach nur Traumhaft! Wir waren zu viert mit zwei Hunden bei ihm im Haus. Der Garten ist ein Traum und die Hunde haben sich pudelwohl gefühlt. In der Unterkunft ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub benötigt. Bei der Ankunft erwartete uns bereits Paolo und erklärte alles. Ein Willkommenskorb steht auch bereits bereit. Rundum war es ein perfekter Aufenthalt und wir werden aufjedenfall wieder kommen. Danke für die schöne Zeit!

Ferienhaus mit Charme

Herrliches eingewachsenes Grundstück zum Erholen, Spiel und Sport. Der Eigentümer bewohnt das Haus in den Sommermonaten. Das Equipment: Barbecue, Tischtennis, Kajaks, etc. durften genutzt werden. Strand ist vom Grundstück aus sehr einfach zu erreichen (80m). Der Kontakt zum Eigentümer war sehr gut. Wir (4 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder und Hund) werden gerne wieder hinfahren. Gruß Thomas

Beste Ferienwohnung!

Wir hatten die perfekte Woche in der Casa Bottazzi! Das Haus ist ein Traum! Es bietet alles, was das Herz begehrt. Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet mit genügend Geschirr für mehrere Personen. Man fühlt sich sofort wie zu Hause, da man fühlt, dass auch sonst Menschen dort leben. Die Villa wird von den Eigentümern selber in den Sommermonaten bewohnt. Und dies spürt man! Der Garten ist ein Traum. Super gepflegt! Es gibt einen Teil des Gartens mit Olivenbäumen, dort kann man es sich auf einer Liege gemütlich machen. Dann gibt es die Veranda in Schatten, liebevoll gestaltet mit schönen Sitzgelegenheiten. Die Veranda ist umgeben von Zitronenbäumchen. Vom Balkon hat man einen herrlichen Blick auf den Gardasee. Es gibt einen Grill, und es gibt eine Tischtennisplatte, wir hatten richtig viel Spaß, mal wieder zu spielen! Am besten aber ist Paolo, der perfekte Gastgeber! Die Kommunikation hat super funktioniert. Wir sind erst spät nachts angekommen, auch das war kein Problem. Er war da und hat uns willkommen geheißen, alles erklärt und es gab sogar einen Willkommenskorb mit vielen leckeren Sachen. Die konnten wir dann auch gleich am Wochenende genießen. Wir können die Villa Bottazzi wärmstens empfehlen!
