Villa 50 m from the beach. 4 to 9 beds. 3000 m2 fenced park, for dogs

It is a family home in a garden of olive trees, fifty metres from the beach, completely furnished in "1960s design" style and still lived in by the owners during the summer months. The large porch, the vast lawn and the quiet surroundings allow for moments of tranquillity and children's games. The spacious, comfortably furnished living room with a view of the lake makes the holiday attractive even in the cooler months, thanks to the independent heating system. The charming harbour and the historic centre of the village are just a few minutes' walk away, while the public transport stop is 300 metres away, allowing you to discover the wonders of the lake. It is suitable for large families. Equipped with all comforts (WI-FI), it is a charming place for study and relaxation for all ages.

The villa is rented for a minimum of 4 people and 3 days.
For each additional person beyond 4, a payment of €65 per person per day is required.
Any change in the number of guests must be finalised through the VERBO Portal because, for insurance, security and legal reasons, each guest must be reported to the Italian police within 24 hours of arrival, in accordance with the law.

The entire house and its appurtenances are available to guests, with the exception of some private wardrobes and clearly indicated areas.

Other things to keep in mind
- Free Wi-Fi is available (the password is written on the top of the modem)
- The TV is equipped with a decoder for connection to the ASTRA satellite for German TV.
- A municipal tourist tax of €1 per guest per day must be added to the daily rent, only from April to October and for guests over the age of 14.
- Only use the heating when strictly necessary.
- Always close the gas valve under the hob.
- Carefully organise your waste sorting according to the instructions in the kitchen.

- Do not smoke inside the house.
- Dogs are welcome.
- Do not organise parties or events with outside guests.
- Respect the clearly marked private areas and spaces.
- Do not use any food supplies belonging to the owners in the cellar.
- Part of a large closed garage is available for guests.
Only part of it is available, but it can comfortably accommodate up to 3 cars, which can move freely between them.
- A fire extinguisher is located behind the front door on the ground floor and another on the landing on the first floor.
- Any damage or missing items will be charged.
- Please respect the peace and quiet, especially towards the neighbours.
- Before the keys are handed over, ALL GUESTS, INCLUDING CHILDREN, MUST PROVIDE a copy of their IDENTITY DOCUMENTS by email BEFORE THEIR ARRIVAL, for the mandatory report to the Police Authority within 24 hours of check-in.
- When necessary, a gardener may enter the garden for necessary maintenance and will do their utmost to cause minimal disturbance to guests.
