Treat yourself to a little break and enjoy the beautiful natural surroundings of the Spessart.
This 89-square-meter apartment is located on the first floor of a building that underwent a complete renovation in 2019. For the energy-efficient renovation, the owners were awarded the “green house number” by the Main-Spessart district. Most of the energy needed to power the building is generated by a photovoltaic system. The central living space ventilation system ensures a pleasant indoor climate.
The vacation apartment is centrally located in town. Bakeries and butcher shops are within walking distance. In addition, there are two supermarkets and an outdoor swimming pool in town. General practitioners’ offices, a dentist’s office, and a pharmacy are also located in town.
Cyclists can securely lock their bicycles in an outbuilding. There is also the option to charge e-bikes there.
For bookings of up to 2 people, only the first bedroom is available as standard. Bed linens and towels are included in the price once per stay. Additional changes are available for a fee.
Further information about the town and the region:
Thanks to the train station, Burgsinn is well connected to public transportation. Trips to the vineyards of the Main Valley, to Würzburg, or even as far as Bamberg are possible without having to transfer.
The well-developed network of bike paths offers flat routes along the Main River or slightly more challenging tours into the Rhön, such as up to the Kreuzberg. Mountain bikers can let loose on the trails of the Bikewald Spessart or race down the flow trail in Burgsinn.
There is also a well-marked network of trails for hikers. In addition to many natural landmarks, visitors can explore the remains of the unfinished “Route 46” highway in Burgsinn.
Canoe tours are possible on the Franconian Saale. Canoes can be rented in the neighboring town.
