This cozy one-room vacation apartment on the first floor offers 25 m² of space for up to 2 people. The living and sleeping area features a comfortable seating area and a practical kitchenette with a counter and a two-burner ceramic cooktop. The modern bathroom features a shower and toilet. The furnished balcony invites you to relax and enjoy the fresh Baltic Sea air.

The centrally located Seemöwe apartment building offers 7 modern and bright non-smoking vacation apartments for up to 4 people. The apartments are located on the 1st and 2nd floors and in the attic; Wi-Fi and a private parking space in front of the building are included. In the basement, you can use the washer and dryer for a small fee.

All apartments feature a kitchenette and a bathroom with a shower.

From here, it’s just a 2-minute walk to the pier, the main beach, and the Grömitz promenade.

Subject to availability, you can also use the sauna at the nearby Hotel Seemöwe, just a few minutes’ walk away—ideal for moments of relaxation. For an enjoyable start to the day, breakfast can also be booked there as an optional extra.

The location of the Seemöwe apartment building is ideal for anyone who loves nature and outdoor activities. Just a few steps from the apartment, the fine sandy beach of Grömitz stretches out, inviting you to swim, take a walk, or simply relax. There is a wide variety of activities in the area—such as biking, jogging, sailing, and water sports—offering diverse opportunities for active explorers.
