It is fully furnished, comfortable, senior-friendly, and measures 62 square metres. The apartment can accommodate a family of up to 4 people and is located on the ground floor of a two-family home. The town of Emmingen has 3,500 residents and is situated at an elevation of 800 metres, offering a beautiful view of the Alps; on clear days, you can even see Lake Constance. Visit the Lenk sculpture, the Schenkenberg pilgrimage chapel, and the Witthoh.
Emmingen is located 10 km from the county seat of Tuttlingen, in the direction of Lake Constance. The Tuttlingen district offers many places to visit. There is a water park right in Tuttlingen. The Danube Valley is right on your doorstep. Lake Constance is 25 km away, and Switzerland is 30 km away.

You can reach all of these destinations by bike. There is an open-air museum in Neuhausen (10 km). Überlingen and Meersburg are lovely places to visit. Mainau, the “Flower Island,” is just one of the highlights here. In Singen (25 km), you’ll find the Hochentwiel castle ruins and much more.

Die Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss und ist angenehm kühl im Sommer. Alles ist vorhanden nur leider kein WLAN.Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen.

Ruhe und Behaglichkeit

Wir waren auf eine kurze Woche in Emmingen um Freunde zu treffen und noch ein wenig auszuspannen. Die Wohnung ist größenteils renoviert und neu gestaltet. Sehr modern und sehr sauber. Treppen steigen mußten wir keine da die Wohnung sehr tief liegt. Es gibt einen Parkplatz direkt vor der Haustür. Ebikes dürfen drinnen im Flur abgestellt werden, da sind sie auch am sichersten. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich, offen und hilfsbereit was den Aufenthalt natürlich umso angenehmer macht. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig, es gibt einen Edeka, einen Metzger und einen Bäcker ganz in der Nähe. Besuchenswert ist auch das Freilichtmuseum Neuhausen ob Eck ganz in der Nähe oder wenn man Wellness mag auch eine ganz tolle Therme im Nachbarort Tuttlingen.
