Die Buchung bei Koch verlief vollkommen problemlos. Kurz vor Ankunft bekamen wir eine Mail das unser Haus schon fertig sei und wir früher den Schlüssel haben könnten. Super Service. Kurz vor Sylvester kam ein Mitarbeiter mit einer Flasche Prosecco vorbei und fragte ob alles in Ordnung sei. Das haben wir noch bei keinem Makler erlebt. Danke! Die Immobilie entsprach voll unseren Ansprüchen und wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

SPO geht allerdings für uns nur in der Nebensaison, da wir eher die Ruhe lieben. unbedingt - jederzeit wir kennen die FA seit 2018 und sind per Internet damals auf "Fannis Hus"- leider nicht mehr in der Vermietung - gestoßen und seitdem wegen der gepflegten Objekte (wir kennen bereits 5 Objekte) bei der FA geblieben.
