The combined living and sleeping area features two separate single beds (each 90x200 cm) and a spacious dining area. Everything is bright and inviting and completely newly furnished. The children’s room has a single bed (90x200 cm). Thus, the apartment is suitable for three people. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the shower room is modern and elegant.

An outdoor parking space for your car and a bicycle storage room are available.

In the building’s basement, there is a communal laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. This beautiful complex is located directly on the dike and also features an elevator, an indoor swimming pool, and a sauna. The beach and the boardwalk are right at your doorstep. All shopping amenities are within walking distance.
