Das Haus ist gut gelegen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten dicht am Haus und geringe Entfernung zur Promenade. Die Vollausstattung der Küche hat uns gefallen. Weniger schön war die Toilettenspülung, um die Hinterlassenschaften zu entfernen haben wir oft mehrere Anläufe benötigt.
