The living room offers sleeping accommodations for up to 2 adults and 2 children: on a high-quality fold-down bed (140x200 cm) and on a comfortable sleeper sofa (150x200 cm). A large flat-screen TV, a DVD player, and a radio/CD player provide entertainment, even on rainy days. A ceiling fan in the living room ensures a comfortable indoor climate even on summer days. The living area offers direct access to the tastefully furnished balcony—perfect for winding down after a long day at the beach in the evening or enjoying your first morning coffee with a breath of fresh Baltic Sea air! An open, well-equipped built-in kitchen with a convivial kitchen counter is part of the high-quality amenities, as are a dishwasher, a stove with a ceramic cooktop and range hood, and a microwave. The tastefully designed shower room features warm colors and is equipped with state-of-the-art amenities. Wi-Fi is included.

An outdoor parking space is reserved for you. A bike rack and a bike storage room are available for any bicycles or e-bikes you bring with you. In the basement of the neighboring building, a washing machine and dryer are available for shared use (for a fee; coin-operated machines).
