Enjoy a stylish and cozy vacation: You can do just that in this modern vacation rental, centrally located on the upper floor of the Stranddomizil. With a living area of approx. 48 m² and a large balcony, it offers plenty of space for 2–4 people plus a toddler.

This modern and comfortably furnished vacation home is divided into a living/dining area (sofa bed approx. 140 cm wide) with a TV, radio, and an open-concept kitchen with a dishwasher, oven with a glass-ceramic cooktop, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, toaster, etc. The bedroom features a double bed (180x200 cm) and a second TV. The shower room with toilet has a washer-dryer. The sunny, furnished balcony-loggia facing west is perfect for relaxing.

You can park your car in the carport, and there is plenty of space for bicycles in the adjacent bike storage room. A convenient bonus is the passenger elevator in the building! A travel crib and high chair are available for young guests, as is Wi-Fi.

Please note that this vacation rental is a smoke-free property. Pets are not allowed here.
