Look forward to a modern and tastefully furnished 2-room vacation apartment that, with a living area of approximately 46 m², offers ample space and comfort for up to 4 people. The apartment, which features a balcony, is located on the 5th floor of the Berolina apartment complex.

The heart of this apartment is the light-filled, open-concept living and sleeping area, featuring a spacious sofa set, a flat-screen TV, and direct access to the furnished balcony with a view of the sea. The double bed at a comfortable height (2 x 90x200 cm, 65 cm high) provides a cozy sleeping arrangement for 2 people. The open kitchen is fully equipped with, for example, a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, an oven, and a dishwasher. The round dining table is perfect for a convivial meal with the family. In the separate bedroom, you’ll find a high-quality sleeper sofa (70/80 x 200 cm, designed for long-term use, including a slatted frame and spring mattresses), as well as a wardrobe and another flat-screen TV. All bedrooms can be comfortably darkened. The modern style extends into the bathroom—where you’ll find amenities such as a heated towel rack and a walk-in shower. Wi-Fi is, of course, included.

An underground parking space is reserved for you (max. 185 cm clearance height). You can conveniently park your car in the underground garage (185 cm height). Use of the indoor pool, the three communal rooftop terraces with views of the sea and the countryside, and the table tennis room is, of course, free of charge for you. You can store the bicycles you bring with you in one of the two basement rooms in Building An or in the bicycle storage room on the first floor between Buildings An and B. In Building D, there is a shared laundry room on each of floors 1–4, equipped with a washing machine and dryer (for a fee; coin-operated machines).
